Service is okay staff is cooperative

This Domino's is different than any other Domino's. Any local pizza shop maintains better hygiene & customer service than this one.
Even after confirming that the order will be served on our table it wasn't.
Staff is so reluctant that our order was kept ready on the counter for 10 mins but no one served. We were the only customers there. We have to clear the table ourselves.

I was go to this shop and I saw all staff member and all member were looking very good and Discipline and good mange to our work.

Unprofessional atmosphere and no care of hygiene at many places.they do not even place paper plates under the pizza to avoid food contact with box & no such training is provided to them

I am very disappointed this time not because of the staffs but the space and atmosphere.

I visited for a dine in and ordered pizza, but for my surprise there were no sitting area except a table in front of the counter. Even air conditioner was not working properly. It really made my dominos experience bad.

Please take some corrective measures for this outlet because it is affecting the brand image of dominos that too in locality like Vasant Vihar.

I was placed my order in Vasant look their staff scam with me and he was charged me 200and the he was give me a bill of 170. And he was aad another money on me So please don't buy a pizza at this outlet are very less quantity of everything so plzz koi bhi yaha se to order or dining na hi Karo to acha h
. And night manager name is Rajesh he was rudely behave with me.

Fantastic pizza with great service! I love that I can order it before I leave work, pick it up when I want and it is hot and ready to eat when I get it home to my family. The different choices for crust styles and flavorings make it easy to make the entire family happy.

Manager and staff of Domino's Pizza are very cooperative. Laxmi madam and Sarita madam are very helpful

Don't buy anything from this outlet.
The dominos has revamped its store and degraded its quality to the worst.
Dont buy for at least 3 months as they need to improve the quality first.
1. They gave fried paratha pizza
2. Today I ordered and they said they dont have oregano as it’s out of stock

This outlet should get award for fooling customers. They are best at this job right from the manager to the delivery executive there is a coordinated procedure to mislead customers. They take online orders and make the order complete in 15 to 20 minutes, without actually delivering the product to the customer. The customer gets the product (correct one if he's lucky as most of the time they deliver wrong ones) in an hour at the least. There is no proper complaint mechanism for this hence, they get away with it every time.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS OUTLET IF YOU WANT WARM AND TASTY PIZZA.

Extremely pathetic services.
It seems they are doing some Ehsaan on us for providing us pizza.

Why is domino’s so lazy and irresponsible in public dealings?
We ordered pizza and first of all they cancelled order by self by giving the reason that we thought the order is fake and when we talked about the issue they said that we are out of chilli flakes and catch up sachets… really this kind of service we expect from domino’s

Domino's dine in idea is not a good idea, very filthy tabels. Though food quality is good, staff behaviour is good.

I had very bad experience. Pathetic customer service. Unhygienic seating area. Washroom not working. Very delayed service. Come here only if dying of hunger and they are offering free.

One of the worst Domino's outlet you will ever find. The staff is very lazy and rude and the quality of the pizza is so bad that you can even smell the bad content that is used to make it.

Absolutely filthy outlet. Most customers order for delivery and so are not aware of how sorry the outlet is. If you go upstairs, to their seating area, the toilet is so dirty and smelly. Staff not interested in keeping the premises hygienic.

We spent a birthday here at the Domino's play area. The arrangements were pathetic, basic cleanliness was not maintained, tables were dirty, floors were dirty, the bathrooms were unkept and stinking. The staff was unattentive to instructions. It was a 8 year old child's birthday party and we were promised 2 games, the games were conducted with 0 interest, and were of very poor quality. The staff was uninterested in proving a good service or making sure the birthday party went on smoothly. Waste of money. Never ever celebrate your birthday here.

I should have seen the prior reviews of this disgusting outlet before ordering from here. The service was pathetic, I was served a stale pizza after eating which I got a very upset stomach and had to buy medicines immediately for treating myself.
Upon complaining I did not receive any calls and got an SMS saying that I didn't receive the call myself! Then these fraudulent people called again when I complained a 2nd time, and the Manager wasted my time arguing that their food is extremely fresh and that they don't receive any complaints. Well perhaps he should check the review section before making such bold claims. He was so rude and did not even apologize for the trouble caused, let alone offer a refund.

WORST WORST WORST OUTLET. Never go here. The staff is rude, the restaurant is FILTHY. God knows how the kitchen is when the rest of the place is stinking and dirty. No one even sweeps the place. I ordered two pizzas but they showed it to be delivered when it was wasn't. The staff of this store is pathetic no one picked up the call and after calling the customer care the manager gave a false claim of initiating the refund. I would give zero stars if possible

The place is a mess. Domino’s kindly look into your stores. The dine ins are really becoming unhygienic day by day in most of the outlets in Delhi NCR.

Pizza's very delicious, neat & clean sitting areas, staff is also good, good place to spent time with pizza s & friends

Pizaa is great but their service sucks.
I have been there lots of times, service used to great until 2018 or maybe early 2019 but after that a sharp decline in service (both dine in and delivery). They don't treat customer with respect (happened more than once) when dine in and send incomplete order or wrong items when ask to deliver (if you complain, they'll treat you like begger).

Extremely unhygienic. The shop was stinking. The sitting area was dirty with used tissue papers thrown everywhere.

Very dirty place, wash rooms not working, no choices in soft drinks, unkempt approach to the restaurant on the second floor.

Toilets locked.no staff on first floor.order delivery very very slow.this is not dominos that we are used to.

They let me order on the website.
After an hour of calling them again and again I found out they aren't delivering.
I visited there to pickup my order and turns out my order isn't prepared either.
After waiting for almost an hour there. Meanwhile I got the McDonald's from nearby.
They told me that they are only taking bulk/party orders. So this is how my new year's eve was spoiled by them.

Corrupted Domino's Branch.
Today on 14/03/2021 I ordered cheese burst Pizza. My order no 121. Ammount of cheese was significantly reduced. Pizza was almost dry. Chese filling was very law quantity. Domino's should take necessary action against this franchise resturent. This restaurant is destroying reputation of Domino's.

Do not order cheese burst.not the best outlet to go to.will not recommend dominos experience here.

I celebrated my son's bday at vasant vihar Dominos. It was not an experience to be remembered. Firstly, the girl Savita who coordinates and take all the food order is more than a cheat and that will ruin your mood and party. You can order what you like but she will bill what is profitable for her. I mean she will inflate the quantities and prices of the item although prices are fixed. But she can do that. Experience it to believe me.
Secondly, the party area becomes very suffocated if there are around 20 people. Because, the ACs don't work. Only one will work. My experience is in December, which is very cold. I can't imagine how people host the party in Summer!
Thirdly, there will not be enough space for your guests to sit.
Also, she almost spoiled our cake as it was melting when we bring it out for cutting. She didn't put it in freezer or maybe freezer was faulty.
If you still want to go ahead to celebrate your kid's bday at this place, few pointers to help you.
1. Order what you want not what she suggests you. Write down the order. Quantity and type. I didn't do it.
2. If possible, one close member should monitor what is being served and how much. Otherwise you will loose track and end up paying much more in final bill.
3. Please check the prices of items in the final bill. The lady, Savita will bill the items wrongly and if you find out, will apologise but you can't get your money back. She will give you TSG (total satisfaction guaranteed), I don't know what the hell that means.

So make sure you keep all these points in mind, if you want to have your party arranged at this place, Dominos pvr priya cinema complex.

Their staff saves cheese. Delivered very thin layer of cheese in double cheese Margherita pizza. Layer was thinner than simple Margherita pizaa.

Service of this outlet is really worst. I was only in resaurant and still they have taken around 25 min to serve pizza. Yes pizza was good in taste.

I've rarely faced any problem with this outlet, during both in house and takeaway orders, they've been very cordial and quick.

Not as expected of Domino's. Toppings were way too less. Cheese almost missing. Bread was soft (so okay).

Pathetic. Giving wrong info to customers and wrongly claiming of hosting birthday parties. Manager amit and his team are hopeless. They don't have coordination at all. Hopeless.

Domino's is one of the best places for pizza lovers. I recently tried their Indi Tandoori Paneer pizza and it was worth giving a try. The butterscotch mousse cake is a hit among dessert lovers like me. Overall I've always had a wonderful experience with Domino's.

Worst managed and pathetic ambience. Don’t waste money and time by going there. Instead try pizza hut in its neighbourhood. They make awesome pizza and ambience is also very nice. I went on dominos with family got frustrated that opted to move out half filled than repeating order. Went to pizza hut to just see if it is woth I was amazed to have lesser bill for similar pizza (veg chese burst) and very nice ambience with nearly one third waiting time.

Bad experience but ok. They keep the place clean and they always have payment issue with card and paytm.

Home delivery is much better. You can fill your mouth with joy of cheese. Only thing which is very Disappointing is that Staff doesn't behave well.

Pizza hut had better pizza, service, and decor. This shop has somewhat deceptive advertising as well.

Very poor service, non professional staff. Late home delivery by 1 hour. When called, the concerned person at desk deliberately put call on hold five times and then disconnected. Very bad experience.
