Worst dominos outlet, poor service,
Unhygienic, no cleaning, tables are full of garbage, if u want to have dengue and malaria you can visit.
Order time is like you have to wait till whole day, just for one pizza you have to wait over 30 min and stand there.

Staff don't listen to customers, it feels like they are doing ehsaan on you.

Dominos should take care of this feedback and try to improve there services.

Delivery executives are very polite and understand enough to deliver my pizzas. Taste was just ok ok for me.

They don't have dine in at this place. You can take out and eat pizza or they will deliver to you at near place.

This was my worst experience with dominos till date
The total bill of Rs. 506 after discount, was paid online and it was a prepaid order.
First, the delivery guy called me 4 times repeatedly asking me if I could come across some road and meet at some red lights. I told him I could come down the hotel and meet at gate and then again he kept calling me, and when I told him to just cancel the order if they can’t deliver it, then he said, give me some extra money when I come to deliver, which was just unethical and unprofessional.

And when the delivery boy came, he asked me for Rs. 63 as pending payment and some extra money for himself. Thats where it confused me. In that moment I was so stressed with all this drama, that I paid the extra Rs63. But the bill shows the total was Rs. 506. Attaching the copy of the bill.

I found the hair in the pizza i hope you guys can see it. Please don’t order pizza from this store I hate domino’s for poor service.

Pathetic service. Waiting time is minimum 1: 30hr. Guys Dont order from here. Its better to order from Dominos outlet in vasant square mall.

Very bad service I was order pizza with extra cheese but they Ppl give normal one pizza when I'm complaining this they ppl said we will prepare new pizza with extra cheese but they Ppl take 1: 30hrs I was calling around 5 to 6 times mtlb had hoti hai kisi chij etni Jada Bekar service I don't thing ki koi ese Jada Bekar service de skta hoga.
Guys please yha se order Mt krna I'll suggest you go Vasant square outlet they ppl much better

Refuse to deliver my order saying it’s raining outside. Umm. I’ve checked it’s not raining at all. Very rude customer service.

They serve cold food and when u give feedback on his acknowledge msg they start calling you and argu with you.that you didn't order from his outlet. Sach a sameless thing.

Awful. I ordered at 6: 20pm. Delivery expected at 6: 50pm. It's now 8: 20pm and still no food. I've tried ringing but they say the food isn't coming and then just hang up. How they get away with this is beyond me. Avoid!

Pathetic service. Got Uncooked pizza. I ordered from SWIGGy order no 69. Asked them to get it replaced. They denied stating that it can't be done. I have to eat raw pizza because I have spent the money. Ms Savita in Domino's denied for any assistance. No refund or replacement. They thought customer is lier. Staff don't know how to deal with customers. Option for image was unabled otherwise I would have attached the picture.

Placed order online successfully. It's been 1: 30 hour already, though my location is not far from this domino, still not delivered.

Worst experience.
1. They dont use gloves for making their pizza's and all other food items.
2. Domino's dont fullfill all the qualities of hygiene
3. When you order something like i ordered one garlic bread then they added one cheese dip with it without asking me. They always try to fool us.
Be aware.

Domino's pizza only take away. Be careful while placing orders, the counter guy will confuse by asking many addons to your pizza to make more money.

When we request to change them, no response from the outlet. Worse experience ever from Domino's.

Extremely poor experience.pIzza delivered late.ordered cheese burst got normal cheese.plus the other one wasn't even having cheese.

Scammed me somehow, I placed an order, rider reached after 1 hour, I entertained. Then I was promised for refund I'm my domino's wallet as my domino's points within 24 hours again did a fraud & didn't provide me even single rupee in my wallet.
It was ridiculous surely!
Will never choose domino's again even won't allow you guys to do this with anyone else!

Needs improvement in Service, customer dealing, quality preparation. Visiting the store is experiencing a lot of chaos. Mismanaged.
