Delivery partners and the staff was illetrate, he speak rubbish with me and my food was deliverd first wrong and while delivering the order again staff and delivery partner shouted and my food was cold unpacked and he did not deliverd any flakes and he left the order at door in the rain
There home delivery has restriction of at least 300 bucks which is bad, suppose I Have a craving for my self only and I do not have that much of balance so they don't deliver
I ignored the billing details and after reaching home I go through the bill. They charged me almost double prize of everything.in same pizza they charged me 2 different rates.and in 2 veg loaded pizza pania they charged 400+, My total order was 4 pizza mania 2 garlic bread and 1 veg extravegenza regular size, 1 cold drink and 4 cheeze dips and they charged me 1670/- RS.then I call cst care to Kno the correct prize then they told me that I have extra charged on each item but they can't help. Only provide me mail id to Lodge a complaint. Suggest everyone to go through the bill before pay.
Why am I bothering to write a review - because I really don't want this outlet to be visited by anyone. It is a small stinky place, very similar to the attitude of the staff here. The time taken to deliver order, take-away especially is deplorable. The franchise should train the staff with interpersonal skills to teach them a civilized way to interact with customers. A recent garlic bread takeaway order took more than 20 mins to serve but surprisingly (!) remained half baked. The quality here really needs serious review.
I have experienced many times that wrong orders are delivered to me by dominos Mayur vihar branch. Sometimes the order is not delivered on time and sometimes the pizzas are delivered in a very bad condition.
I am a regular visitor of this store. Though the space is little it is good as most of the orders are takeaway/delivery here. Most of the time pizza quality is good, may face sometimes hard crust issue.most of time it is vacant. Will recommend for family. Free drinking water isn't available but if you will request them they will give you a cup of water from their own bottles (make sure you're not in a group of 5-10). Restrooms are not available, hence manage it on your own behalf.
I like dominos but they are bot offering food upto mark these days When i went the staff was not able to get what i wanted and the pizza quality was not at all good i ordered myself a medium sized double cheese margherita and i am very fond of this pizza but with the first bite i was very disappointed I complained to them and they said that the pizza is okay and upto mark from there side and then i threw the pizza in the dustbin in front of them and left
I wish I could have had an option to rate you below 1 star. Today I ordered from dominos mayur vihar branch from zomato app.and then after alot of wait time it showed out for delivery status. I made the payment online. Then after 40 mins I received a call from dominos mayur vihar branch mentioning that your area doent comes under our area of delivery (though I am residing in Mayur Vihar Phase 1 only). He said that he is cancelling the order. But on zomato it is showing that my order is delivered. The person with whom I was talking mentioned his name (when I said I am writing a complaint) as Prem Narayan Tripathi and the store manager's name as Aditya Bansal. I dont know if the name mentioned was right or wrong. If this was the matter they could have made a call earlier but they thought of making a call 40 minutes after I made the order. Worst service ever. Never ever going to order anything from this outlet.
I love dominos pizza bt its quality is decreasing day by day n rates are increasing rapidly. Wn u ask for extra cheeze ull nvr feel that they hv topped ur pizza wd extra cheeze even wn u paid for it.
1. Less sitting available. They should increase sitting capacity. Sometime you have to wait to get a seat. 2. They add base without asking you. So plz be careful. Take a glance at bill. In my case they added Pan base without asking me. I ended up spending INR 60-70 more for 6 pizzas. 3. Location is easily accessible. 4. Quality and hygiene is at par with Dominos standard.
I actually agree with most of the reviewers that service, food quality isn't the good here. Hence if you just want to have pizza and you have quite a lot time to wait for your order. This is the best place for you
Well everyone eats pizza. I really wish they could lower their prices a little bit. Services are okay not that great if you are ordering online at home since two out of three times when I order my pizza got cold. But hey! It's winters. Who wants to go out if you can order at home!
I never get what I ask for! I mean, I was satisfied at the end but the thing is that the staff there was confusing me with too many offers! And I ended up taking different order than what I wanted!
Love the chicken parcel and cheese burst. However if you chose a normal pizza it doesn't have good amount of cheese in it which makes it a waste of money and the pizzas are also doughy with more maida than seasoning and veggies.
The service quality at this location is unacceptably low. The last 3 times I have called to place an order, the staff member didn't enter it in the system, making us wait for hours before I could get food delivered. On the most recent occasion, the pizza arrived barely warm and in crushed boxes (pictured). Finally, their cheese is mixed with mayonnaise or milk fat, enabling them to reduce costs by compromising food quality. The management team seems unconcerned by these issues, and it is unfortunate that this franchise is allowed to operate with Domino's branding.
I not much of a Pizza Lover and specially I like thin crust. So Domi's Pizza's are not very mouth watering. You can have it when you don't have no option.
Situated in the middle of the market, the store is easily accessible & visible from far off. The pizza quality isn't very good as compared to other Domino's stores. The services by the staff is fairly good, being very supportive. Earlier the store used have sitting up stairs too, due to the recent changes in the store up stairs has been made as kitchen, whereas the seating area is at the entrance itself.
Domino's quality has degraded to the point that the local bakery has better pizzas than them. I had ordered a cheese burst pizza. There was hardly any cheese on it forget about it being cheese burst. Also the toppings were sad looking and stale. It is sad really because at one point of time domino's used be the go to place for pizza and cheese burst was always the regular order for me. Now even the thought of ordering from domino's is depressing.
