Dominos is best for those who have been with them from a long time.
I came from indore to delhi after a long time and was craving for good normal best pizza.
Trust me it came on time, it was hot so when i tried it felt as if i just took it from the outlet.

Will never forget this kind of service.

You will feel disappointed, every time you order stuffed garlic bread from here.
This is the third time I am experiencing the same. Oily with extra dusting floor.

Employees will ask you to see YouTube videos to make garlic bread rather then complaining.

Dear viewers please learn to make everything at home and stop ordering from this #Dominos outlet.

I order food at late night and was waiting with my guests and suddenly i just opened to track my order and then i saw my order was cancelled automatically by the store. We were very much hungry and were totally dependent on that order. And after that I tried several times to reach out the store but it was also unreachable.

The food was tasty as it was a dine in service however when i asked the store manager to customise a bit to my meal they said we dont do that then i asked why cant you do that when you always offer an option to add on type thing in ur order list though they denied and didnt do it. Seriosuly it very unprofessional and cheap.
I hope dominos would consider this feedback to improvose the services.

On 20th August I went to this place to take 6 pizza regular size all are veg and I gave them extra money to add cheese in all pizza but they didn't add that and I call them but no response I get. I'll never order pizza from this place again.worst and bad

This particular Domino's outlet is located right on the main road and has got good seating capacity. Pizza is always good as everybody knows.

One thing I don't like is that the staff here will try to rip you off by stating you a different offer than what was given in the promotional ads. Beware of that!

Very worst experience i have faced with this dominos outlet staff is very rude and pathetic service don’t go this outlet

I received my pizza within 1 hrs. Vandana Jha called me and she was so ride and shouting for no reason. I said dominos policy is that you can deliver pizza wothin 30 mins. She saod it was raining. I said food is soggy pizza is soggy becuase of late deliver they provide me cold and soggy pizza as well as garlic bread. She was so so rude she didn’t help me out amd she said ill arrange a call back. If she cant provide me solution why she called me. Also her behavior was so so harsh

AC not working. We were made to eat hot pizza in hot humid weather. It was suffocating there. Pathetic experience.

I wish I can give a zero star. Pls never order from this outlet. This is the third instance where my pizza has failed to be delivered on time. The phone is always busy. Order number 199 placed on 3rd july 2023. The customer support is equally pathetic. Please give francise license to someone qualifed to run the outlet effectively

I recently had the unfortunate experience of ordering from Domino's Pizza from this Jasola branch and it was nothing short of a nightmare. The chain of events that unfolded was not only disappointing but also bordered on harassment. Allow me to recount the shocking incident that transpired.

After deciding to indulge in a pizza night, I eagerly placed an order with Domino's. The process went smoothly and I promptly made the payment, eagerly awaiting my meal. However, what followed was an excruciating ordeal that left me stunned and infuriated.

After more than one hour after placing the order, I received an unexpected call from first one staff and then the manager of the Domino's Jasola branch I ordered from. Rather than offering an apology or providing an explanation, I was met with unprofessional behavior and outright abuse. The manager had the audacity to demand that I cancel my order due to an additional hour-long delay.

In any customer-service-driven industry, one would expect basic professionalism and courtesy. Unfortunately, this Domino's manager seemed to lack both. Instead of empathizing with my frustration, they chose to respond with hostility and threats. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and has no place in any establishment.

This incident left me feeling not only harassed but also deeply disappointed in Domino's as a whole. As a customer, I should be able to rely on a brand's promise of quality service and timely delivery. Instead, I was subjected to abusive behavior and forced to cancel my order altogether.

It is disheartening to witness a brand like Domino's Pizza, which prides itself on customer satisfaction. This experience has undoubtedly tarnished my perception of the brand.

I strongly urge Domino's Pizza to address this issue promptly and take appropriate disciplinary action against the manager and staff in question. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the establishment but also damages the trust and loyalty of customers.

I ordered a margarita and spicy onion pizzas today both medium size. And i found a hair in the spicy onion pizza and the margarita was dry with barely any cheese. Margarita tasted like they only put tomato sauce on the base and sent without cheese.

Pls don’t waste ur money on this branch of Domino’s. Their food is unhygienic and horrible. I have found 2-3 hairs in my last pizza mania order as well. The only reason I order from here is becoz of the sudden craving but I’m not going to again. Instead I’ll order from Pizza Hut or somewhere else.

The red peppers on the onion pizza were sour and felt fake. And as I’ve mentioned above, I’ve found multiple hair in their food.

I returned the margarita but they sent the same back again after 2 hrs after multiple calls. My order total was 473 but I regret ordering from here in the first place.

When I ordered Domino's Pizza from Jasola Living Style Mall 2 hours ago i didn't recieve it after 2 hours and When I tried calling it was on customer support and the number was saying it is an invalid number and after that someone finally responded but then they started lying that your order is being prepared then it will come in Less then 10 seconds and It never came when I tried calling them again no response They must have put the number on customer support and they lied to us

Dine in service is too poor, took almost half an hour to serve for which they promised to serve in 15mins while taking orders.

The Atmosphere of the Domino's Pizza was up to the mark. We went around 7 person after 5 minutes there staff has arranged the tables and chairs for us. The quality of the pizza was excellent. There also offered us 3 free mango juices with our orders. The services of the this particular domino's was very good they serve the hot food and taste was very good. I lover the services. We have spent around Rs. 2000/- over all.

This is the worst outlet of dominos. This has happened in the past also. Food is always delivered late and stale. And they don't add cheese if you have paid then also. They don't follow 30 min delivery guarantee. And talk rude when you raise a complaint.

Don't have to say much, as always domino's never disappoints. I don't even think there's much to review in this but reviewed since it came up.
