Hi, l just completed my Japan n south korea tour with dpaul.l enjoyed the trip. The tour manager Mr Gaurav miglani, local tour guide Mr Masa n Ms Catharine, all did their job perfectly well, They made our tour comfortable n enjoyable. Appreciate their work, hope to have another trip soon with Dpaul.

Probably one of the nicest interaction that I ever had till now for any service may be even better than AmEx customer care.
Met Mr Sanjay for tourist visa formalities. Couldn't have expected any better detailing & info as well as his beyond expectations customer delight service. He was even standing with me while I was making payment and then he brought my attention to call them or him if the visa doesn't arrive in the next 3 days (how sweet, considering he is of Sr Citizen category). I could see the value & respect with which everybody talked to him in the branch and really felt blessed to get connected with him.
Definitely would recommend his services & DPaul for hassle free visa services.

Europe tour Nov 23rd to 3 rd Dec 23 Very very nice tour without any tension at Paris Switzerland Austria & Italy specially dinner at Indian restaurants thanks to D Paul's and tour operator Sh Surender Chauhan good nature very cooperative. If 10 days no body can satisfied all the members but it was a good time. Once again thanks D Paul's all team members,

They were not very responsive. I felt the agent was quite rude and was not at all interested in helping. Not a good experience though.

We had an amazing Europe tour with everlasting memories. Gaurav our tour manager was so very nice and professional. He knew his job and was a great communicator. A very well conducted tour with great people great sights good food good hotels…. Memories of a lifetime

Recently concluded our much awaited Europe trip. The trip was everything as expected and so much more.
Good accommodation, great transport facility, good food and beautiful locales.
Special mention for Mr Vinod Aggarwal our tour manager who became a great friend by the end of the trip.

Three stars only because of the customers service team, i called them few days back to know the requirements for Singapore visa, the person on the phone told me everything that was needed and i asked him if there was anything else that was needed so that i don't have to go back and forth, the person said no these these things are what you require for Singapore visa. Today when i went they told me to get NOC, parent's ID, now i have to go there again on Monday, the point here is that if the customer service person had given me all the requirements list it would not have left any kind of inconvenience for me, also it's not a big thing but minor things like these can cause a lot inconvenience to the other person.

Worst experience. Highly unprofessional staff. Starting from bookings handled by their untrained agents to the people we dealt with in Dubai, everything was bad. The pickups arranged were always delayed which caused lot of discomfort and annoyance. They left no stone unturned to ruin our trip. They missed on things mentioned in our itenary. The tour guide blamed the local tour operator, local tour operator blamed DPauls, DPauls blamed them, and they all created a mess for us. Highly unreliable staff as they left us stranded on site seeing locations and we had to make our own arrangements to come back to hotel. Only respite was Komal who listened to us and helped us in foreign land. Thanks to her for helping us. However, only a single person cannot run the company. I will not recommend DPauls. It was wasting our hard earned money and time.

They are showing fake timing (which is from 9 to 7). They close at 6 due to this my time and money has been wasted.

Pathetic experience. Recommend not to ever book anything from Dpauls. Personal Experience - They have hidden charges, all offers they advertize are fake. They do not upkeep even documented agreements with customers. Horrible.

Painful experience.went for Europe tour.worst staff and after you pay them they don't listen to you.m r Nagpal is the most inefficient man siting there in office.

They are biggest fraud people and have highly inefficient staff. They show different package at the time of selling and when you give whole payment very conveniently change the package.

I will take them to consumer court. They have spoiled my whole vacation and peace of my mind.

Never ever trust them. Fraud travel agency.

We did our Europe tour in the month of May 2018, It was vey good experience, all the associated work was done nicely and our tour operator was very noble and always helpful. We enjoyed a lot.

I had my share of apprehensions while planning our Europe trip. But DPauls took good care and we had a great time. Overall great experience. A little more briefing the customers I*is needed.

Their response system is pathetic. They don't have a follow up system. I had filled an enquiry form on Sunday to get a call back for a trip plan. Till Tuesday i didn't call, i again called on Tuesday to the customer care for the enquiry and they said that they will call back in an hour. Till today i haven't got a single call.

I travelled with the group of Malaysia and Singapore which started on 21st of July. There was proper service of transportation from Airport to Hotels as also sight seeing. The guides were well versed with the areas of sight seeing and were good at spoken English. Stay at Hotels was comfortable. Food of dinner was delicious and quite as per the taste of we indians.
At one place of restaurant in Kualalumpur, the waiter misbehaved but we tolerated to avoid conflicts in foreign country.
There was one sight seeing of Universal Studio, that was on a day of holiday when there was heavy rush of local residents. For every show there was a waiting period of around 2 hours for a show of just 20 minutes, with the result we could get a chance to watch 2 -3 shows only in full day. I request you to keep schedule of Universal Studio on working days and rest day of tourists should be on a day of local holiday.

It was overall a great experience.a little hectic one.staff was professional and had a good time in Singapore. Cruise is cheery on the cake.

With a little apprehension, we (me & my wife) started our first overseas tour to Malaysia & Singapore through DPauls. Amazingly, we found it a perfect group tour in all respects. True value for money that included safety and secured itinerary throughout the tour. Indeed due to excellent management of the company despite very reasonable & affordable charges; and hassle free, too. The guides were so helpful, well experienced and informative that made us very comfortable throughout the journey. Having encouraged, we again took our second tour to Thailand through them. And again it was very nice experience with immense pleasure. And now, recently, we have just completed our third tour to Europe with a lot of enjoyment and lasting experience. They are not only just reliable and dependable but responsible as well. The company that you can rely upon.

We had a very pleasant visit. Very well organised. The tour guide was excellent. The horse show was a complete waste of time. Rest was good. Try to give the tourists some more time for shopping.

Best value for money tour provider in India. I have taken London/ Scotland package in June 2017 and again took Europe Package in June 2018. They provide full support in getting Visa. Indian dinners are generally good except average quality at one or two places. Hotels though away from city but generally spacious. Long distance coach and driver were good in London trip but had some problem in bus quality and driver behaviour in Europe trip. Tour Managers tried there best to provide good services. I do not think one can get any better services in the money they charge. I am looking forward to my next trip with them.

I had a Europe trip with my family though I had apprehension in the beginning but everything turned out to be really good.

Extra marks for personal attention before the tour and superb tour manager.
