It appears that most of the reviews here are outdated. As a student of DPS VK (girls hostel) post-COVID, I can confirm that the campus is indeed very green and the hostel rooms are pleasant. However, I must admit that students from the Northeast face prejudice at times, which is concerning. The breakfast menu is also limited, with paratha being the primary option most days.
Many students attend DPS VK to do both coaching and school, but some find it challenging to balance both, so I recommend making a well-informed decision. While the teachers in the school are excellent, the administration seems more focused on collecting fees than the students' well-being. The fee submission process can be complicated and stressful for children, who are sometimes told that there are many others waiting in line to secure a hostel seat, which can make them feel unsafe.
I strongly believe that the hostel requires more qualified staff with relevant experience to create a supportive environment for students who are away from home.
