Casual behaviour of doctor. In early visit told to visit after 3 months for eye checkup. When visited reverted and said should come after 6 months. Taken rs 700 just to inform to come after 6 months no checkup done. Time and money waisted.

I have visited Dr. Amit's clinic twice, the first time I visited 3 - 4 years for my father for cataract surgery, I was surprised to see such dirty click where surgeries are done. This time I visited my self for dry eyes issue, I did not remember that he is the same doctor, again the clinic was drity. During my conversation I was try to explain my medical history about covid, dry skin and about dry eyes, he was not a good listener instead sarcastically mentioned that everybody trying to be doctor and everybody associate all deceases to covid which wasn't even my intention. I simply wanted him to know the information, so that it helps him diagnose the problem.

Conclusion:
- My father consistently face problems in the eye which is operated by Amit
- In my case, I don't think he even paid attention to my condition

Recommendation:
- Keep the clinic clean, everybody expect that when visiting any clinic or doctor
- Be a good listener and if you don't have time, don't accept the appointments

We went for laser follow up visit, and they are so money minded, the receptionist keeps on asking for 700₹ irrespective of the fact even if the follow up charges are ₹400. Never going again. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Worst doctor ever I visited in my life. Full of attitude, ego and very bad temperament. Dont know how to treat with patients. He didnt accept his mistake even it was done blunder with my eyes.

He gave me wrong priscription, and charged a big amount to operate, but then I consulted in Aakash Hospital and the doctor in Aakash Hospital adviced me that I don't need to operate. Now my vision is clear, but Dr. Amit Bhatia misguided me.

No words to express the worst experience with a doctor like him. He will give you wrong prescription and wrong test reports. Even do test if not required just to make money. Test reports are not even correct.

I thought you are just not a good doctor but you are not a good human being and a liar too. As you are overcharging the test which was not even needed so we once told you if it can be reduced. Because it is covid time else we have gone some other place. You can't even write the result of test conducted on the prescription.

As there is no effect of the drops given by you, my mother came to you to tell that and more important to show the test reports given by you is wrong. But you dnt admit you mistakes. As stated by other reviewers too that you are money minded, you use do this practice. Not given right prescription than recalling again to charge them again even within 5 days.

The test was not even required, the prescription given by you is wrong no results seen, you cant even write the results of test quoted by you in prescription. Got the point why I could see patients having fight in that clinic while passing through it many times. Wasted Rs. 3100 on this person and met such a wrong person on this earth.

Still you believe you are a doctor, I beg you as in your terms asking for something is begging so I beg you please give in written the findings of your test here only so that people also know how fake you are.

One of the worst doctor I ever met. Interested only in money makeing. Not even 24hr of 1 visit, he is charging for follow up charges.

Further, I would like to inform that am not interested in free service, in my first visit Dr suggested me to come next day to see that development.
It was not my follow up visit.
It was doctor who called up to see that development of my son's eye and conclude his consulting.
What consultancy is now complete, how can any one charge again and when not even 24 hrs complete.
However, this is not the right way of charging fees.
I have gone to multiple places nowhere, we found such systems.

We have decided not to visit this doctor again, insist on medicine which he only recommend even its available on store or not, any good doctor will always give alternative company medicine if intentions are correct. Also he is very casual in his approach.

This is the best eye hospital at Delhi area. All the eyes facilities are available to cater the requirement of patients. The price of cataract surgery is not too much. But surgery is very unique.

Money minded Dr, would suggest Mr amit to be practical with patients, I was always recommend them for my family& freinds but today I came to know, they not attended patient due to fee was not deducted by his card, as there might be some issue, they requested many more time to check them, they'll not leave without paying fee, even the payment deducted within next 2/3 minute, but they not even think they are old coming patient, they can't go without paying fee, Dr deny to check them, every one working for money, but we should not run behind,

One step into his waiting area and I was convinced that I’d have to go home with an eye infection, if not any other. *filthy* describes the place. I’ve seen public health centres during the days I indulged in public services. Take my word that this place hits rock bottom whether it’s professionalism, sanitisation, skill or organisation. I’d suggest you go anywhere but to this particular place. God knows how he managed to get 4+stars here. If you speak to people in the neighbourhood (which I did after my awful experience), they’ll warn you not to step in. Thank me later!

Very mature, experienced n sensible Doctor. Examines patients thoroughly no mattet how many patients are waiting in waiting area. Yesterday a young lady was unnecessarily creating hurry, but doctor gave priority to old senior cetizien who was heart patient as well. Truly professional.

Very bad experience. I'll start with the staff who dosent even bother to sanitize their hands before giving drops to dialate the pupils, the drops are put 4times in the span of one hr.

Secondly, after wating time of more than one hour, the doctor checked my son to tell me he has power and asked me to come again the next day, j didn't understand y he didn't gv me the prescription the same day,

Thirdly, when j went the next day I took good one and half hr ho take that prescription (power) as it was very convenient for the doc to leave his clinic mid way n perform OT in between where the rest of the patient were crowding the wating area.
