It was such a bad experience consulting Dr. Amita, she called her at 11 AM in Medanta Hospital but dint came to see patients in OPD till 1: 20 pm and it was planned surgery not an emergency one. Her coordinator Shukla Ji dint have any status and kept on repeating Ma'am is in OT. There were 3-4 more patients waiting like us. We took refund and moved out after wasting half a day sitting at Medanta Hospital waiting area.
