My daughter was diagnosed with grade 4 adenoids. I had consulted Dr Amrit kappor for the same. Under his guidance not only was i convinced that surgery would be the only solution but also.after the surgery he made sure that my daughter was completely fine and was relieved of all the problems related to adenoids. Earlier My left nose was completely blocked, there was a lot of difficulty in breathing, after surgery, there was a slight problem.but after 3 days my breathing issue was solved and today after 3 week I am completely fine. Hello. I had ear surgery in saket max. It was successful. I had nice treatment from Dr. Amrit Kapoor. He patiently cleared every querie regarding surgery. The supporting staff were also cooperative. But i found some difficulties at Billing desk. I had to wait much time in queue to take Appointment & Billing. When ever i tried to take Appointment through the phone it took 15 minutes average to get customer care. Overall it was nice experience.

My wife had problem in her left and one of my friend recommended Dr. Amrit to me after so many hospitals and clinics i can finally say that i had great experience with Dr. Amrit kapoor. He is an extremely professional and at the same time a friendly doctor, who takes every possible initiative to make his patients feel comfortable by explaining each and everything in detail. I had very good experience with Dr. Amrit. Got my ear problem diagnosed quickly and accurately on first visit, and he explained the problem in simple terms.
After getting scans done, I also got surgery (tympanoplasty) done by him which went incredible. He also helped me with post-surgical advice.
Overall very happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend Dr. Amrit.

Wonderful and satisfying experience. At 7.30 PM, My 86 year old Naniji was having a problem of high BP.because of that she was bleeding from nose profusely. Thanks to Dr. Sandeep Arora who recommended Dr, Amrit Kapoor as he was nearby. Dr. Amrit was very humble in listening to the problem. He was considerate enough to share the location of his medical center. My Naniji being 86 years, she took more than 2 hours to get ready and finish her food and attend nature's call. I called Dr. Amrit to tell him that we are taking more time, he was very accommodating and considerate. He told - don't worry, I stay nearby so call me when you reach. We his medical center at around 10 PM.and called him. He came with in 10 mins. He understood the problem and was straightway going to repair the damaged nose. Then came a major issue. The Operation Theatre of the medical center is on 1st floor. My Naniji being 86 could not climb the stairs. He tried to convince us and also tried to support naniji to take up. But, she should not climb. He wasted no time and decided to bring all relevant OT equipments down stairs. He went through the trouble of shifting the equipments in a very cool and calm manner. He conducted the operation in the new temporary set using endoscope. The whole procedure went for about 20-25 minutes. After that he explained everything properly and answered all our questions diligently.
A little more hygiene would be highly appreciated. Overall, it was a very good experience with Dr. Amrit. It is hard to find doctors who are humble, considerate, calm and cool. Highly recommended for ENT issues

When I met and shared my issues of nasal congestion which I was facing for a long time, Dr. Amrit explained the problem in detail. He assured me that the problem will go away. He is very humble and always treat the patient with great attention.
