Came to Max Speciality Hospital seeking a kidney transplant surgery, however had issues with the heart which delayed the surgery till a pace maker was inserted. Dr Anant Kumar and his team of doctors & staff are very efficient. I underwent RARP surgery on 19th Oct at Max Saket. Though the initial days were very difficult, but over time improvement has been quite satisfactory. The nursing staff at 3rd floor urology take good care of patient's.
Just to let you know we planned to have surgery of father in Max but due to inappropriate behaviour of your lady assistant we shifted to fortis. Do train your staff in better handling of patients.
Earlier Max Saket used to be a great option for treatment, but my recent visits forced me to explore other options.

We came to emergency and we're attended by Dr. Amit Bansal initially, he quickly attended us and started the treatment. He calmed my brother down and had us at ease. We were not expecting this prompt response in the emergency. Our scan showed a small stone. We were scared about the surgery. Dr Anant personally came to emergency to specially see my brother. It was reassuring to see the two doctors discussing our reports again. We were told that we don't need surgery and stone will pass with medicine, and now it has. After RARP surgery although I experienced lots of difficulties but the operation itself was very good because of dr. Prof. Anant Kumar efforts and experience i do well.
Dr Anant Kumar is a genius. He gave us the correct advice for our disease and saved us from surgery. Waiting for him in OPD is a pain though. But one his team Doctor Amit Bansal attended us in time, he was highly professional, calm and we were impressed with his patient handling skills. He don’t even know how to speak to his patient. Why this hospital have appointment window. It’s useless. If you select an appointment of particular time then you need to wait for at least 2 hrs more for your turn. If you tried to call him for consultation then he made your day to hell. That we have other work also. Etc etc Worst hospital and doctor too

They way he treats there patient is suburb, My cadavour kidney transplant done in month of September 20 during covid pendamic. Does not have time or basic respect for patient. I consulted him for my father in law, his junior doctors attend the patient and he just spends 10-30 sec with the patient. He is so rude and lacks basic manners. Not ready to discuss and listen to patient queries. His words "Mahapurush aap ko bata diya na surgey hoge bus jao ab ". Would recommend to stay away from such a arogant and ill mannered guy.

Gave consultation charges for Rs. 1700 to consult Dr. Anant Kumar. His Junior spent almost 40 minutes with us getting all the patient history. We were in hope to meet Mr. Anant, after giving his consultation charges. He just barges in for 10 seconds. Tells us very rudely that we have to get into dialysis immediately and just leaves. He was not even there for 1 minute. I fail to understand, is this why we paid so much to meet him? India's top notch Doctor, with such unprofessional behavior is absolutely disappointing. Will definitely not continue our treatment at Max solely because of this reason. Totally overrated and definitely not worth it.
