Dr. Anil Gupta's Diagnostic Centre

Machines are good but staff somehow not helpful today from 11 AM I m calling after 1 hour each but not get any positive response about my xray which I have done yesterday
(I get response call after 1 hour, 2nd after 2PM, 3rd wait stay on hold I will tell you after 4 minutes hold I disconnect without any answer, 5th we all are on lunch call after 15 minutes)
If patients get these response then for what we are trusting you

They just do formality no accuracy they even not mention basic things in report and they don't allow anyone to ultrasound room

One of the best diagnostic center in Adarsh Nagar. All tests, scans, x rays are available in this centre. Dr anil Gupta is very nice and high professional, experienced doctor. Staff is very cooperative. They have all machines are latest and advanced.so reports are very clear.paitent was fully satisfied In this centre.

Worst experience.
Wrong comment/ remark was given for the report which actually made be worried and stressed. After taking the second opinion I got to know that it's nothing like this plus it's not possible to write this kind of report. I will suggest not to go there and if you go and something weird is written do go for second opinion

This is best diagnostic center that i visited till now. Report quality is also very good. Dr Anil is very knwon and professional in this field and discussed every point given in report. Staff is also very cooperative.

Everyone there is very professional and kind.they also have the latest technology equipments and is overall a great place to get your tests done. 10/10 recommend.

Worst experience, they have no PPE kits with them and they give it as an excuse of not conducting xray. Sheer wastage of time.

Worst experience, manerless staff they told me that they will take 700 extra for ppe kit. Why should i pay?

I visited here on 13th march 2019. Worst service ever. They will let you wait for hours and hours. They never understand the value of time. Never recommended.
