Anjana's diet is too easy to follow and sustain; with less of cooking efforts, you get the best of meals and results.
Lost 6 kgs in 3months and am able to sustain that.

Don’t visit as walking otherwise plan atleast 1 hour of waiting time as we had other work planned next. We had to leave after waiting for 1 hour. I will suggest always pre book appointment, confirm about waiting time and then plan a visit. This review is only on waiting time

I want to share my honest review for Dr Anjana Kalia. She is one of the best Dietician in Delhi. She is a thorough professional and will not tell you to have some food supplements to reduce weight. I was 78 kgs when I met her and that weight remain constant for more than a year. I could not get rid of that weight despite doing so much gym, cycling and all that. Then I found her and she changed my eating pattern. She will not starve you at all instead will tell you to have repeated meals but the right kind of food as per your blood group. I highly recommend her for your desired result.

Dont think twice before consulting with Dr Anjana. My hectic schedule prevented me from working out or going to the gym, so the only way I could lose weight was by dieting. I wanted someone to structure my diet based on my dietary needs. After doing some research, I decided to consult Dr. Anjana, and I'm glad I did:). I weighed around 87 kgs when I first started consulting (6 months ago) and I'm now 75.5 kgs. The plan you created for me was based on my requirements, and you kept me motivated and helped me think straight. Ms. Anjana Kalia understood my diet requirements considering my pcos condition. She got a thorough review of my genetically issues like diabetes history etc. The diet plan was very easily to follow with emphasis on nutrition. In just a span of 3-4 months I lost around 6kgs. I visited Anjana mam 3 months ago for diabetes based diet plan. I must say she is very very knowledgeable doctor, she knows everything regarding diet, she is very polite and listens your problem carefully. It has been 3 months following diet plan and my sugar levels are completely normal. She gives you a diet plan that makes you healthy inside out. Highly recommend Dr Anjana.

I have gone to ma'am for problems which were caused due to weight gain and unhealthy life style.
She has helped me to reduce 7-8 in approx 2 months without starving me, she gave me a diet plan which was according to my choice and comfort. Her diet is the easiest and most effective as compared to many others I have done in past couple of years. She knows her work and is best in what she does.

Like most of us I checked out lots & lots of reviews of a lot of dietician. After all there are far too many options. But then I came across Kaya Kalp by Dr. Anjana. I found out everything I was lookkng for.
I had a lot of gynecological issues and loosing weight had always been tough for my body. On top of that, at the time of the beginning of my consultation, I was highly overweight. But losing weight at Dr. Anjana's has been like breeze of cool wind. Don't expect crazy diets and methods. Very simple yet effective food suggestions, a lot of options and a lot of flexibility have been the charcteristics of my dieting journey here. And, god willing, it will continue.
Would have given 10 stars here!

Anjana ma'am has by far been so supportive throughout. Some time ago, I was able to lose about 9-10KGs just by following her diets and suggestions. And it didn't feel like I was being deprived of anything. She genuinely cares about people and wants to help them be their best selves. I've struggled with a lot of anxiety and often stress eat but she's been so kind, encouraging, involved and helpful in motivating me and helping me stick to my diet and maintain my overall health. She's an amazing person. I would 100% recommend that if you're looking for someone who can help you through this journey - she's the one to go to!:) Thank you for helping me, ma'am:)

I visited Dr Anjana Kalia one month back. I was quite apprehensive in the beginning as my weight was really stubborn & even after doing yoga for last 2 years I was not able to lose weight. But to my surprise I lost 4 kgs in one month. Her diet plans are simply amazing & easy to follow. The best thing about her diet plans is that we are eating a diet full of nutrients which are not only healthy but keep our energy levels also high throughout the day. I strongly recommend Dr Anjana Kalia to all those people who are struggling to lose weight.

Dr Anjana is a good doctor who listens to client and tweak the plan as per your needs.
She has helped in reducing weight by giving me various options in diet which made me follow her diet easily. She has always motivated me when I wasn't able to reduce even a kg.
She is very approachable whenever required.

Visited Dr Anjana for my teenager who was struggling with hypothyroidism and PCOD and a hectic school schedule.with easy to follow diets she made 13 kg weight loss a cake walk.best thing about her diet plan is that the thing is usually available at home n easy to cook n hence easy to follow.post three months thyroid is normal and periods are normal, fitting into small size clothes what else can anyone ask for. I wanted to post this after few months because I know I'm on my way to being the fittest me in some months but then I felt the urge to commenting here as my comments might inspire more persons to consult with mam.

I went to mam first on 13.06.2019 or 14.06.2019 and I weighed exactly 101.8 kilos. Today it's 13.08.2019 (2 months) and I weigh somewhere around 94.xx kilos. I'd have lost more but I made a trip to manali and rohtang and had unavoidable office parties where I was sort of compelled to cheat but mam's diet plans are terrific. Imagine you are on a diet and having tandoori chicken or paneer tikka! I love the diet plans and wait eagerly for the non veggie days when I gorge on grilled fish or tandoori chicken. The best part is everyday has a different menu and I have started enjoying cooking for myself inspite of my hectic schedule (I'm a banker n a mommy to a toddler). My husband says I have become more active now.

Highly recommended for anyone who wants to improve his or her eating habit for a healthier life.

I consulted Dr. Anjana 3 months ago and it has been a great journey since. I lost ~10 KGs and still counting. Most importantly I am able to adhere to a healthy lifestyle after the encouragement and guidance from her. The diet plan she shares is absolutely doable and you don't feel like doing anything extra - highly recommend for weight-watching people living in Dwarka.

I went to Dr Anjana for my daughter Garima. In my first meeting only, I could prejudge that I have come to right place. Though me and my wife tried various other options like going to Gym, trying super foods etc. Yet we knew this is not going to work for long. Garima is extremely happy following Dr Anjana's diet plans and she says that her Dr is an Angel to her. She lost 6 kg in just one month. And we are determined to continue following her advice. I was facing the problem of weight gain. Thankfully, my freind suggested me to go to Dr. Anjana Kalia. I can't tell you how fortunate I feel that I found the right doctor. I have been consulting Dr. Anjana for last 3 months and have lost significantly following her diet. I have been on my weight loss journey from last 3 months now, lost nearly 8 kgs.
