The kindest and best doctor you could ever find. I used to visit her when I was a kid back then.my parents used to rely alot on her.going to doctors and clinic's are the most tough task for kids but when ever my parents took me to her surprisingly I used to be so happy. And also I lost touch with her for almost 8 years but this year I found her number on my diary and when I called her it took her few minutes to remember me but when she did remembered me.her behavior towards me was astonishing the way she spoke to me the sweetest behavior you could ever expect from a person she's really a gem. -loads of love from sanchalita Choudhury
I visited Dr Anju for my son (9 yrs). She was very thorough in her checkup for diagnosis and prescribed minimal medicines. I am fully satisfied with the treatment.
Although knowledgeable, Dr Anju does not have any sensitivity towards her patients and is unreachable on phone or even WhatsApp during emergency. I eventually consulted another doctor after 16 hours of waiting for her response while my child kept suffering in pain. We expect more responsible behaviour from such senior doctors.
I went to see Dr. Bhasin yesterday and had to leave within 5 mins of being there because of her insulting behaviour. I didn't know that the Doctor required me to wear a mask considering the guidelines have been relaxed by the govt. Upon being given the mask by the doctor, I happily put it on however Dr. Bhasin continued verbally bashing me. She was sarcastic in the beginning and out right rude. I finally decided to leave the clinic as her behaviour really stressed me out. It is for sure, I will never ever go back to her. I want to be treated respectfully when I offer respect and kindness in the first place. I would request and urge Dr. Bhasin to exercise kindness and be polite to her patients
