Worst atmosphere, online appointment is useless. Again stand in que to know which rooom no and to meet which doctor. Que is almost of 200 people handled by lower staff to give direction to fill form then they tell to meet which doctor. Its unorganized system.

Red Tapism in IRCH medical oncology department. Instead of improving situation when crowd seems to be same, the facilities has deteriorated. 3 days standing whole day with patient to get a follow up day at medical oncology. Doctors and their attendant particularly are very rude, impolite and apathetic.
Pathetic service. There is doctor Ajay gogia who is head of breast cancer team asks for bribe indirectly. Asked me to buy injunction costing 230000 from his MR only. These type of doctors are garbage to the society. Want to file a formal complaint about him. He ask me to get treatment from some private hospital when I denied purchasing medicine from his MR. I Will surely approach higher authorities to file complain about dr. Ajay gogia. SHAME DR. AJAY GOGIA. GOD WILL NEVER FORGIVE YOU.
People come here to get treated in low cost but it takes so much time and feels like impossible task. Treatment is world class but people working are very rude to patients who are already sick and suffering and came from long distance to get treated. The guards yell at people and dont let patient or its family talk to doctor for a while in case of doubt. The time it takes for treatment leaves the patient with no other option than to join a private hospital while poor patients with no health insurance and assets are left to wait and their condition deteriorate even more. Doctors are good but dont get engaged with patients much and dont really care much. They work without speaking much. The doctors who arent Indian are much more friendly than Indian doctors. Overall, cancer patients and family suffer even in aiims.
This place is incomparable with other hospitals, they serve world-class treatment for patients at a reasonable rate. Various other financial aids were also available for financially weak people.
It was established in 1979 by the International Society of Rotary Hospital as an International district and since then it has come a long way to establish itself as the premier centre. It is the best place in North, Central India for proper treatment and care, not much, related to all types of cancer. The doctors are as friendly as they can be but the lower end contractual staff are as cold hearted as they can be, treating and yelling at patients like anything, maybe they have evolved into it. The facilities and procedures available here can be matched by only a few selected organizations. Unless you know someone inside, your treatment time will vary according to that.

AIIMS hospital is always best, As it is Operated by state and central government therefore treatment is not costly but it has high volume of patients, so people might face problem to get number. If talk about machine and laboratory than it's a world class, almost every technical mechines are here.
