I started treatment from here 3 months back. After 2 month i have seen very good result my hair fall stoped, growth of hair, doctor and staff behaviour very good treated patient very well.

Little bit expensive but they have EMI option available which easy you to take treatment.

I would never recommend Dr Batar’s jst wasted my Rs: 60,000/- even after taking there new hair treatments after that my hair loss started more, so pls b aware of this so called brand dont waste ur money.

I visited to Janakpuri for treatment of skin deaseas but after 3 months I feel it's useless only for money earn.

Dr Batra is a pure scam
they offer you a yearly plan no matter what kind of problem you have.plan upto 90k and when problem not gone after their yearly package they will ask you to take anther year plan.

The process is extremely smooth. My dermatologist, Dr. Bhavna does an-all round screening for the progress.

I'm very satisfied with my results, so I recommend everyone to come and visit at least once for your hair problem. Excellent treatment at Dr. Batra's South Ex Branch specially for your hairs and skin concern. Dr.listens to your problems patiently. The doctor and staff are so understanding, very friendly, helpful and professional. They also have many unique therapies for hairs regrowing and thickening of hairs. I was suffering from post covid hairfall but after taking medicine and therapies from here I'm very much recover from their treatment so, I thank to all of them for treating my concern.

Note: After you pay for a package, you see in their paperwork, that the jurisdiction is not Delhi but Mumbai.

They deserve no stars. I have only taken their first visit consultation for which they charged 200 but they just listen to your problems and see it (they don't examine) and don't provide the actual consultation.
So, I paid for their one year program, only after which they let the junior doctor take my medical history and examine me clinically.

Since then it has been one month and for the last one week I have wasted so much time only to fix an appointment. They say something and their irrelevant app shows some other timings. This has happened thrice so far. Then the doctor has not been there for two of the times so I had to reschedule. Still they have given me time for coming week and the timing fixed is now shown to be different on what I fixed.

I called them myself to ask for the confirmation for the first appointment and treatment, they fixed a Monday with me and the app showed Tuesday. Since then it has only been fix and then app shows something else scene.

So, far no consultation and no treatment except the medication they gave after the first visit for a month.

I visted Dr batra clinic south extension for treatment it was great experience Dr and staff's are we coordinativ treatment guudenace is also satisfactory,

I am never going to visit them ever again in my life. They kept on pushing me to buy their 1-year package and they were not even giving me the proper medicine for the 3 months package I purchased. Half of their sugar-coated balls did not even contain any medicine. I will not recommend anyone to visit them.

Scam. Most of their treatments are ineffective. Their hairfall treatment is the biggest scam of all. They signed me up for a 1 year treatment, saying my problem will be totally solved. After a few months when i told the doctor that i see no improvement, she got angry, telling me "it has improved so much, i don't see your hair falling anymore". Continued the treatment for a few more months and they said, "your hairfall has stopped, to grow new hair, you should sign up for this other treatment, which cost more than 20k". Can you imagine it? I signed up for a 15k programme with the promise that my problem will be totally solved, and they are asking for another 20k now. Also, when I first signed up for the programme, they pretended that they were going to finance it and I could pay the amount to them in easy EMIs. Turns out, they had signed me up for a 3rd party loan service with heavy interests.

So I have read a lot about Dr. Batra's some say positive while some say they scam you by providing you hefty price medicinal courses of months/weeks, honestly I went here like twice and that too I have been to two different branches, both the branches had great doctors, they honestly tell you what your problem can be even if you're not even willing to take their medical course, the consultation fee online is 199/- and physically its around 500 which is fine, in my case doctor even told me not to take any medicines and not to be worried, you can go and your problem will go away on it's own as it's a natural problem. Very positive attitude they have. I don't have the experience of their medicines so I cant say anything about that but overall they're good!

This place and their schemes are fraudulent. I tried their hair vitalizing therapy (HVT), which is a 1 year course for reducing hair loss. After 6 months, I had to discontinue it because their products and treatment not only did not improve my condition but it also increased my hair loss. If you are genuinely concerned about your hair, I'd suggest you do your bit of research and go to a better place. This place is not only a huge waste of money but it might also end up costing your hair, like it happened to me.
