Today I visit this diagnostic with my grandfather Sad to see Extremely poor consumer services And yes specially the ultrasound Female doctor didn't know how to deal with a coustmer, thinks of herself to be a doctor from AIIMS but doesn't know how to talk to a person older to her.

Xray machine is old, you never get clear x-rays, Ultrasound reports are perfect bcs it's done by senior MD doctor
But charges are very high, I had done Us KUB in rs 1600, same you can done at Hod rajouri garden in rs 800
They are in front of DDU, SO they overcharged for all there lab reports etc

Went for usg and lab tests.very happy with the service.doctor does very detailed scan and takes ample time.staff is courteous

The best Diagnostic centre in west Delhi. The staff is so professional, polite and supportive always wearing a smile and ready to support their patients, they know their job well. Even in the peak hours which is morning the rush of patients is so well managed. Ambience is so good and the whole place is so neat and clean and well maintained.

Rude behaviour of staff & also doctor is not very welcoming and nice. They charge very high amount for the usg & tests as compared to other places for no good reason. Totally money minded service.
