Earlier he was good now he is seems very busy n his staff has forgotten wt is humanity is. They dont hve a particular appointment time if u hve 3 hrs then only visit them. They r not for patient help. If ur sugar level is nt going down or bp then he gives double triple medicine which also not make it fine but worst.

Satisfied with the treatment one of my family member recommended now I m also taking treatment and I also highly recommend.

Dr. Deepak is such an experienced and helpful doctor. I visited 2 days back with a thyroid test which was showing that I have high TSH levels. And I had already started taking medicines for it. But I went to Dr. Deepak just to make sure I'm taking the right medicines. He said that the reports are not matching your symptoms at all so let's do a blood test again. He did my blood test n found out that I do not have thyroid and my previous test (from some lab near my house) was done wrongly.he asked me to stop taking thyroxine tablets with proper guidance. HE'S GEM OF A PERSON. ️️️

It is my proud privelege to share my experience, as a patiet with Dr. Deepak Khandelwal. I was operated in the year 1997 for my Pitutary Adenoma and since then I am suffering from the various problems pertaining to Endocrinology.

At present I am under the treament of Dr. Deepak Khandelwal and I found him very efficient and sincere.

Recently, I suffered very severe problem linked to my Pitutory Adenoma. He handled the case skillfully taking it as a challenge.

Dr. Deepak has given me the best treatment and the dietary advice by Dietician Rachna Parashar mam had done wonders for me. Not only I lost 8 kg weight but my sugar levels are in ranges that Dr. Has stopped my two medicines.

Despite satisfaction with Dr. Deepak himself in terms of his patience in history taking and medical advise during two previous visits, I was always rattled by the sub par professionalism of the outer office. There is one staff who does not know the meaning of CKD and when told that the patient had CKD, she decides herself that the patient does not and strikes off CKD as an existing ailment in the history sheet presented to the doctor! DISASTER IS WAITING TO HAPPEN IF THIS GOES ON UNCHECKED! BP measurement is taken with arm extended in the air! Diet advise is full of ''desi'' totkas!
This time I wanted to video consult and the whole experience was marred by rude, casual, inattentive, condescending behavior of the staff. One has to call repeatedly. There is no internal coordination & no information sharing between staff members. Even if u get to speak to a person, you have to start from zero. You are given rules which include no responsibility by the doctor to consult in a particular time frame (it is purely based on their convenience so one has to wait by the phone for 24-48 hours which never rings!) but the rules are full of payment instructions. So after making payment and uploading reports and previous prescriptions as advised, we kept waiting and ringing so that we get to know the approx.date and time of the video consult but had to explain each time what we were calling for. So had to cancel the appointment and got refunded. If the whole purpose of this clinic is to make money i wonder why the Doc did not chose selling ''Chole Bhathure'' instead! It is a much easier and fun route to wealth. Why study internal medicine & endocrinology. Pitiable the way these young doctors treat their patients nowadays.it is in writing in clinics various documents that the doctor will not be bothered once the appointment is over and done with. I myself kept requesting for an advise which was urgent but no one bothered to even acknowledge a WhatsApp message ever. VERY DISAPPOINTING IN THE END! NOT GOING AGAIN NOR RECOMMENDING TO ANYONE!

Doctor might be ok but his management is worst. 4 remaining stars goes to his lady assistants who manages everything besides him. 1200₹ waistage. Online consultation patient ke comfort ke liye hota hai ya doctor ke.
Ghanto wait kara kar bhi aise dikha rahe hai jaise patients per ehsaan kiya ho.

Dr. Deepak Khandelwal is one of the best Dr.for Sugar treatment.my sugar was increased 380 pp.but after join his course my sugar is normal with in 15 days. I m very thankful. God bless him.

He listens to all problems patiently. He sees in such a low consultation charges, which is nothing for such a senior endocrinologist. Ordering investigations just to reap profit is not his way.
