At the time of diagnose they don't tell that for Railways employee it send to the Railways hospital. I suffered unnessesarly goning to DODA diagnostic many time.it is bad experience

I had a very good experience with Dr. Doda’s Clinic. Earlier I use to go to Dr. Suri’s clinic but I switched to them and it was an amazing experience as their staff members are too friendly and cooperative and specially Ashu Mam is very much helpful and down to earth.
When you call on reception for appointment they give you one mobile number and and when we call at mobile they don't pick calls. Only you have to whatsapp on mobile number for appointment.
For MRI TEST they give appointments with waiting period of 3 hours. If we have to wait for so many hours than what's the use of taking appointment.
I have salmoella posioning for 18 days. Anti biotics haven't yet cured this but other complications arose as a result. I was taken to this diagnostic centere where they tested my blood for 5 things, a urine test, chest x ray, ultrasound and ECG. All done efficiantly, with kindness and attention to detail, and all for 5000 rupees. I am so impressed by the professonalism of this centre and very grateful I could have all these tests done in 1.5 hours. A very leasant and comfortable place too, clean and pretty excellent. I have had some dreadful experiences in Delhi being tested and treated and getting ripped off royally especially by the bigger name hospitals, is their speciality. (See the review before this one).
Today, I had gone for a MRI which can be a really tough experience, especially if you have vertigo. The team at the MRI centre, including Balwant ji, Ashu ji, Neeti di, Shubham, Molly sister and Joseph ji were super kind and patient. Many thanks for everything.
Dr Tina Anand was not only a thorough professional, but she was understanding and caring. Besides, the support staff was very patient and kind.

The services provided by the Doda are appreciable. I am thankful to Dr doda and Staff. They are providing very good service to their patients. I visited there for my test. Their staff members are very friendly and treat their all patients very nicely.
You are a big name in radiology and diagnostics but please try to respect patent's time. Even after appointment for ultrasound waiting for more than two hours is not acceptable. Try to give appointments to people with very precise timing like if it you give time to one patient 3: 55pm even with a minor here and there or delays, they need to be attended by 4: 10 but not later. Delay is okay for someone who do not report at 3: 55 pm or given time buy have some resect for punctuality. You invite 25 people @2: 30pm everyday and waste their precious time till 5pm. Most patients are women and are there for pregnancy ultrasound. Have some professional ethics and respect for patients. Apart from this the experience of collecying report and interaction with radiologist etc.was nice as always. Doctors and radiologists are cooperative and professional. For that a three star. I have always recommended your place to my known and that is because have had maintained some standards. Just pay better attention on your front desk and public dealing and get a new person to streamline your ultrasound appointment giving business.

The staff of mri unit is very arrogant she don’t have manners to talk to the pateint n attendant The waiting is very long For mri they are taking pateint according to their own choice no sequence was followed I went their at 12: 30 pm and my father was called for his turn at 3: 30 pm
Mixed experience - try calling all 3 lines at different times throughout the week & it's usually unanswered or disconnected. You're fortunate if someone attends (yes we're all busy).
Charges are higher than other local competitors (unless you have a referral or on a panel). 500 for an ECG is quite extortionate, considering neighbours charge half of that. What's worse is that the ECG printout was quite faint & despite flagging this, they claimed it to be normal.
Staff are OK, however some admin workers politicise the experience & skew the doctor's viewpoint, which is a shame. Certain clinicians are in such a monetarily oriented hurry that they even snub patients or their carer's queries. We pay a lot to be here & deserve a comprehensive report, rather than many parameters being omitted. Evidently commercialised.
I came here on 20th for my wife's ultrasound. They gave me appointment on 25th 2.30 PM bcz they have only 2-3 doctors for ultrasound so queue is long. When I went to 25th I had to wait for 3.5 hours.poor management. A pregnant lady has to wait for 3.5 hrs. I don't know why this hospital is empanelled under cghs. It should be removed from panel list.
I think it is one of the best lab i have ever visited the staff is so good and the main thing is they treat you like you are their family members and when they take the blood it's the main u can't even know when they have taken your blood. Excellent just keep it up guys.
I have visited for my ultrasound which has done by Dr manjusha nath so nice and Coordinator Ms Priyanka treated me so professionally. I recommend everyone to visit in center for great checkup experience

Very bed experience because no any criteria for Ultrasound processore, if you know to staff so your queee is very short for you.otherwise you are wait nd wait. No right responce by staff (priya)
My family has been seeing and have been visiting Dr Doda's for tests, ever since I was a child. This clinic and the doctors here are a blessing, however the staff members today gave a horrid experience that my mother (who is a Sr citizen) had to experience.
Due to re-occurring fever, my mother was adviced certain tests, ultra-sound was one on the list.
She was on fasting, still under mild fever and was patiently waiting for her turn for the ultrasound.
Anshu, Sonal and one more lady, who were to send the patients supposedly in order, were simply sending patients for the ultrasound, on their own personal discretion. My mother was forced to wait for more than 1.5 hrs in the said condition.
When noticed and questioned, they ignored, and finally, my mother had to formally complain to the Dr and at the reception. Two patients, accompanied by their husbands, just entered were also given priority, and patients were called from the other floor as well.
Emergency patients and elderly people are given a priority, rightly so, however, this was sheer monopoly of these ladies and it was extremely agonising.
We all know how it feels when the line isn't followed and unjust priority/favouritism happens.
Anshu, Sonal and the third one, much later (when suggested that this is going to go higher up) admitted, that they will not do so going on, and will be careful and sensitive towards all the patients, treating all at par, however, the damage has been done. Overall experience today is far to long to forget.
My mother is a high blood pressure patient as well, and I am a serving defence personnel. Who would have been responsible had my mother's health deteriorated on the spot?
It was evident that these ladies have became habitual of such and other similar activities, as they were confident enough to say just anything, wonder how it didn't come to notice to the authorities.
Ill treating Sr Cetizens was never expected.
It is high time we hire staff members on the basis of their general personality traits, and attributes as well among others.
I was there dr doda health care for my mother visit for cghs cashless patient test is (ultrasound and mri) and the treatment we were given was outstanding, everyone is so polite and caring, soft spoken, caring and what else can say full marks for the hospitality…. I will definitely cghs patient recommend dr Doda health care center! Once again thanku……
One of the worst place I have ever visited. The staff is rude doesn't know how to treat there patient. Most of the time I have noticed that they are focused to those with heavy pockets which makes it. On top of the that I don't wanna take the names but I know them. If someone does care about this place kindly make sure to treat your patients equally as we pay accordingly. If it was not recommended I would never gonna see this lab again.

Eventhough many fiagnostics centres are in Karol bag like mushrooms, only Dr. Doda's os accepting cghs panel for ultrasound. So if you are under panel, you have to wait 15-20 days after booking, eventhough, whatever emergency condition you have.
USG appointments not available for patient from corporate panels. Waiting time of 7-8 days is being offered, it is highly regrettable. Instead they should not take panel patient if cannot offer services to them. The practice being followed at Doda's is unethical & needs review by its top management
The Worst Diagnosis in the world i have seen, no appointment value, no patients value, the patient was crying 4 hours and waiting before it, Must cancel its license
The Lab committed to send the reports online, but failed to do so on time. Later after follow up with them the next day, they were able to send the reports. Unprofessional
Machines are so advanced and the Doctors are very experienced, Staff members are very polite. They make patient comfortable. I recommend everybody to visit Dr. Doda's Diagnostic Centre once, you will love it.
These days, a common thing is happening with me, whenever I call at your lab for taking appointment, nobody pick call even after ringing three times, I just was trying to take appointment for ultrasound through phone but even after ringing five times continously nobody picked the call, this thing happened with me many times
If people's wants quality and best report I think dr doda diagnostic is d best. I feel very postive with timely service and get reports be on time. Thankio
Don’t deserve even 1 star … Took appointment for ultrasound a week ago and today is my ultrasound date, waiting from 1 pm and still waiting it’s almost 3. The doctor came and asked us to hv food because there were rush…like we are here to have outside food in pregnancy.won’t recommend anyone and won’t come here again.
How do you experience this lab if noone picks up the phone there. I wanted to book a stress ECHO. The patient has not been taking his meds especially for this test and no one pick up the ohone at their centre for 1 hour. Between 9: 30-10: 30. I made 10 calls on their landline, 4 calls on their cell numbers. No one picked up. This is one call every 3 minutes The test only happens between 10: 30 - 11: 30 and now a patient needlessly has to suffer in pain without his meds because they didn't pick up their calls. This is beyond unprofessional. It is callous and arrogant.
Today I went there for one of my relative's RT-PCR (COVID) test and we received the report within 6 hours. We wanted it urgently for travelling to Dubai tomorrow. Also their report has a QR code, as mandated by the UAE govt. I'm writing this review for people who might be wanting to know about the QR code and the report timing, like we were seeking yesterday.
Today I went for Corona test the arrangement was worst people were standing soo close no social distancing was maintained there should atleast be some seating arrangements all I'll patients were standing in sun which will make their conditions more bad the staff was also rude
Services are getting worst day by day. Staff hardly answers the phone calls. No management while doing the billing. No online payment system. No appointment system. Calling everyone at the same time for HRCT scan.
Worst Service. The staff doesnt even pick your call. Got covid tested on Apr 20,2021 in the morning at 10.30 am, still not received the test report yet (Apr 22,2021 at 4.40 pm). I am following up since yesterday but the staff is not answering to the calls and replying to the text.
They dont let you even get your thyroid tests without prescription, like it's our hobby to get poked every 3 months not a condition. The ultrasound takes weeks to be scheduled, even then takes half a day. Poor management, poor training of reception staff. Go here to waste your time and spoil your mood.
I was pleasantly surprised to see the kind of service we received. Had taken my father to Dr Doda, Pusa Road, Delhi for the doppler test and the staff lady managing the patients, promptly took note of my father's age (79 yrs) and got him seated. On our turn, noticing he was finding it a bit difficult to walk, she hand held to give him support and took him to the test room.
It's seldom you see such superior service levels and affection towards patients and I was so impressed to see all this that I decided to write this note. Great place indeed. Well done!
The doctors and staff are great. They give ample amount of time to the patient. The imaging process is smooth. This center maintains great hygiene. Location of the center is also great just nearby Karol bagh metro station. The only thing that I want them to rectify is the time and crowd management. The time taken between registration process and the imaging process should be a bit less. Rest is great.

Pathetic service.staff gives priority to the known people and the queue management and the serial no.is of no sanctity. We had prior appointment at 12 pm on 18.05.2019 and were given a slot between 1 - 3 pm however till 7.20 pm we kept waiting and the people with the jack and support of staff were given priority and served quickly. The known patients were allowed without any queue as senior staff at the centre was also supporting them. The test required us to be empty stomach hence, for more than 12 hours the patient undergoing test was not able to eat which made him more uncomfortable. The staff willingly was not displaying correct sr.no.to allow people as per their wish.
Worst experience of the treatment history till date in which the waiting time itself was more than 7 hours.
Very slow process and staff is very lazy. Waiting from 8 am.and my diagnostic checkup not undergone after 2hours. Nd my queue no.is just 5. Very disappointed with the service of Dr. Doda's diagnostic centre.
Preferred by doctors around here, this diagnostic centre is reputed to be comprehensively equipped and services delivered by well trained staff.
They are systematic in the operations since the reputation has essentially made it sought after and the crowd of visitors cannot be managed otherwise.
Services are mostly prompt and efficient and the staff are found to be concerned in giving a good service to the users. They are cooperative and guide the visitors well.
The doctors are also responsive and involved in the smooth and proper diagnosis as many of the tests need elaborate preparations by the patients before the tests.
Today I came here for ultrasound for my mother, I came at ur lab at 9.30 and paid the amount on same time received the slip at 9.32 and now it is 10.51am but we are still waiting and we are facing problems as my mother is not feeling well, I don't know why they are taking too much time for ultrasound
Excellent technicians with great skill and experience! RGU & MKU are 2 very difficult tests. I had bad experience with them at gangaram hospital and St Stephan's hospital. I had to undergo the same tests again and I was very very nervous and apprehensive. But to my surprise, their team did it so smoothly that l hardly felt anything more than a slight discomfort. I was so relieved and realized the importance of trained hands. I'm really thankful to Doda diagnostic and their radiology team. Thanks a ton
The lab provides with the best of the facilities, the staff is very professional & courteous, particularly Ms. Ashu is very helpful. The reports r provided well in time.
