Actually In Feb'22 my 2.6 Yr old Son fractured his elbow during playing with me & i rushed to nearby hospital and done with diagnostic, later done with Cast at Orthopedician. Almost 1 week later i met with my one known doc & i discussed about my Son incident, He suggested me immediately to consult with Dr. Gaurav Sir & I did that. Dr. Gaurav after seeing the X-Ray, briefed all possible aspects of this case & it was a case of Surgical procedure, Initially me & my family was numb & resisted because it was the matter of our 2.6 Yr old Son. My Son Gurman singh age 5 months suffered from fungal infection by birth. After recovery (2 months) movement of left arm of Gurman is suddenly stop. My son Ibrahim was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and has been physically impaired in terms of his mobility. He is 4 years now. We are from Zambia and reside in Zambia. I contacted Dr Gaurav Gupta and he did a pre assessment of Ibrahim through videos and tele conferencing. We then decided to travel to Delhi, India as we were satisfied with the level of attention given to us and also confident with the Dr Gupta's approach to Ibrahims case. Once in India Dr Gupta made the final physical assessment and explained to us in detail on what his assessment was and what he recommended in terms of surgery/treatment required. The surgery involved releasing Ibrahim's specific abductor muscles in his legs, ibrahim was also treated with botox to reduce spasticity in his legs. His surgery was a success as the doctor did an excellent job. Two weeks after the operation the cast was removed and Ibrahim went through two and half months of intensive physiotherapy. The physiotherapist Mr Shahid at Triton was very instrumental in pushing Ibrahim to his limits to ensure tangible milestones were achieved. We did achieved major milestones such as Ibrahim being able to stand and sit with support which he could not do before the treatment. Going forward with regular physiotherapy and the suppprt from Dr Gupta's and his team we are confident that Ibrahim will achieve the next milestone which been able to walk with a walker. We are so grateful for all that Dr Gupta has done, from the very beginning with consultation to the end of the treatment, Dr Gupta had been very helpful and professional. My daughter Amyra was diagnosed with Congenital Hypotonia at her birth. It is a genetic disorder called as Nemaline Myopathy in which the child’s muscle tone is poor. Because of which she couldn’t stand and walk. We met Dr. Gaurav Gupta in July 2021. After physically assessing Amyra he told us to start her physiotherapy treatment for 6-8 months as he saw good potential in Amyra to be able to walk with the right treatment. I have to say that Dr. Gaurav is the most understanding doctor. The way he explained us the line of treatment and the assurity he gave us. He addressed all our worries and concerns very patiently about Amyra’s condition. Me & My husband were absolutely convinced that we are in the right hands. We reside In Darjeeling, West Bengal. So I decided to move to Delhi with Amyra and we started her treatment in October 2021. Now after 6 months of treatment i can proudly say that my daughter can not only stand but has also started walking few steps with support. We were looking for a good Pediatric Orthopedic Doctor for getting second opinion relating to treatment of Relapse Clubfoot (B/L) case of our 5 year old son. In Dr. Gaurav Gupta, we found such a Doctor, who was not only sensitive to our concerns about our son's health and wellbeing but was also empathetic. Dr Gaurav is the best Dr when treatment of child comes. Few months back my daughter suffered an elbow fracture. He treated our daughter with so much care that I will always be great ful.
