Very rude staff at the reception.

Also, I had to call them 5 times to get the report.

I had a CT Scan done over there. Upon asking for a digital copy of the film, I was told that they don't have the 'facilities' to email it to me. Like really?

It's been a glad time been there.as being a patient I never expected that i should get a gentle treatment and good staff. Literally felt very good vibes till the time. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Gulati Imagine Institute to anyone looking for exceptional medical care in a welcoming and supportive environment. Not much satisfied with their customers serrvices. Patients are waiting for hours to get their imaging done. You need to learn to manage your crowd. You should have appointment scheduled. So pathetic Management. DISSATISFIED!

I got a MRI scan done for my self n my wife. I had booked an appointment for Sunday & had a very pleasant experience. The reception staff was very courteous especially Neha mam was very helpful. MRI technician Mr Hussain was v efficient.reports are excellent.a very genuine imaging centre.highly recommended!

I was visiting there for an MRI of my right hand. so many doctors prefer Dr Gulati Diagnostic center because of the accuracy of the report and good service. I really think that this is the best Lab in Delhi and the staff is very cooperative. I got my MRI report within an hour they value our time and the waiting area or reception was neat and clean. I saw that so many people were suggested that it's to expensive but after taking service I don't think it's expensive. In a sentence, I would like to say it's an outstanding lab in Delhi.

Best centre for Mri, CT, Digital XRay, Dexa etc. Staff is very courteous & polite. My sister had an MRI done with them on short notice, but they accommodated her somehow being so busy. She was incredibly nervous, however doctors and staff made her feel very comfortable and easy. Special shout out to the assistants who helped her and my mom with water and fresh coffee when my sister started feeling ill after the scan. It’s true that their waiting times are long and the clinic is pretty crowded most of the days, but I guess nothing great in life comes easy, right? Dr. Gulati is also a very polite and humble person who takes personal interest in all patients and is also open to feedback, both positive and negative. That’s a rare quality amongst successful Indian doctors these days, who are mostly very snooty and overconfident. Prices are pretty much at par with most delhi scan centres, but the courteous nature of team and professionalism of doctors is better than the others. Thanks, Dr Gulati Imaging for taking care of my sister. Will definitely recommend to all in my family and friends circle.

I had appointment at 12: 00, i reached at 11: 45 and sent for test after 1: 30.
No value of time.no good management.
