I got to know about the clinic through Dr. Gunjan Jain. She guided me through all my skin concerns and suggested me the best suitable treatment for my skin (which was Hydra Pure Pore)

Her insights about skin concerns, treatment and after care seemed accurate and learned.

My therapist was Tanu and she did a really good job. Most what I loved about them is that they’re transparent with the products they use and the steps that are involved. I was walked through all the steps before the treatment and along with the treatment as well. This shows how important the client is to you and that you care about them the most.
I really recommend you visit the clinic for all skin and hair related concerns. And do consult Dr. Gunjan Jain. She’s best at what she does.

Visited here recently on 21.10.2023 for facial. Deducted marks for the therapist. I had some hair color on my ear which was done a day prior. When asked if she took care of the pigmention she told me " I should have told her first than she would have taken care of it, " whereas face, ear and neck comes in facial itself. Second point is deducted for the acne gel application. The gel was not applied to all the acne place. Hand movementd of the therapist was like some person doing at home not professional. No movements at cheekbone or under eye. Also the adress has changed it is not in defence colony anymore.

Plz don’t ever visit skin lab. The brand name of Jamuna Pai is just a hog wash.
The staff is very careless and couldn’t be bothered about the post treatment protocol.
I went In there for the first time on the name of Jamuna Pai. But she doesn’t even visit there any more.
The skin practitioners, the staff and the hygiene of the salon was below standards.
I came back with a terrible eye allergy from there. They weren’t even apologetic, didn’t call back even once to check on me.highly rude and irresponsible staff.just making money on Jamuna Pai’s goodwill.of the past.it was an unhygienic place, they admitted that they used something that caused the allergy.but never called up again to see how I was doing.
Disgusting! Will never visit there again!
Plz be wary of these kind of quacks!

I visited the place for my Hair fall issue and I consulted Dr. Mili Sinha there and I am in her treatment from last 6 months. She listened to the problem very patiently and described the line of treatment to me. I am witnessing that my hair fall has reduced to great extent. I am thankful to her for the treatment.
