One of the best Doctor I have seen & Diagnostic Center from my own experience. Whole journey of my pregnancy Ultrasounds, Blood tests are done from this center only. Doctor jolly is well experienced & used to explain everything all through the process. Most pathetic and uncouth staff! Had the worst experience ever! We visited 3 days ago for a chest xray and montoux test. Before the xray this guy Gautam (staff) asked us to change into a robe and did not specify that ungrarments had to be removed. Since i was getting an xray for the first time, I really had no idea. He started fighting with me that i should have asked him whereas he should have specified. He went on saying that now because of my carelessness, he will be exposed to the X-ray radiation again. This was v disrespectful for me and i got extremely uncomfortable as i had to remove all my undergarments and he was doing the xray again.

Then i got montoux test done for which i was told to come back in 2 days. Because of my work schedule it took me 3 days. So on 3rd day today i called up a staff cakled gaurav and he asked me to visit. After visiting, again this same guy Gautam started fighting telling me that now the test results cannot be valued. I had no idea that the test was supposed to be diagnosed within that 2 day time period for correct valuation. This was again lack of proper communication from staff!
Extremely bad experience! Will never visit or recommend!

Dr. Jolly diagnostic center has very amazing staff and also helpful. I saw a how their way of talking and dealing to patients in well manner. And I have been taking service of all facilities like X-Ray usg lab etc. So I respect to all staff members and also Dr Jolly!

Worst laboratory. Please don't visit. They don't wear mask nor do they follow any precautions. Customer service is pathetic.

Throughly dissapointed by their lack of compassion and insensitivity. The lady at the reception did not had the audacity to accepte that the waiting hours are going to be so long! At the reception they kept telling me. "Ma'am only 15 minutes more" and I waited for 2 hours to get the scan done. I had reached the place at 9: 45 and my scan got done after 12. All this while I was waiting empty stomach.in 19 weeks of my pregnancy.
They should have the audacity to speak the truth to their clients and should refrain from making false commitments.
Their needs to be a lot of improvement in the management.
