Doctors are pretty experienced and polite, but when it comes to their staff/receptionist/cashier etc, they are very rude and illiterate! They can’t reply nicely to any of the query idk why the authorities can’t take action against their feedback. It’s a sheer disappointment! I asked them 6times and then I pat on the table and then he paid a little heed to listen to my query! Disgusting.

I heard so much about this doctor I went to him with a rare case but all in vain. The reception people spoiled everything.which gave me pain
I travelled from far and took my child to see this doctor but no see of doctor for hours. Neither any updation from receptionist about time estimated etc.
As a doctor there is no problem Thing mqy be time taking.but you should at least inform the patient that we are also human beings are not lab rats that these receptionist treat like anything. I was on 3rd no.as per the schedule but they were entering people who came later also.and we were waiting.
I wish I could give negative star.

Administration is handled by corrupt third grade people. Your token number does not matter. Generally people line up for token at about 3AM. Doctor arrival time was 10AM, he came at 1130AM (classic old school). My number was 3. About 4 legitimate people came through online booking before me. But my turn did not come before 3PM. Atleast 20 people went before me to meet the doctor. The guy sitting at reception facilitates entry on payment basis or if you speak Bengali. After so much wait, doctor gives you about 5mins. Then you wait again for 2-3 hrs for medicines.

This gives a perception that a lot of patients come to meet the doctor and has a lot of following. Truth is, if handled in time the entire lot can be handled within half a day.

Had a wonderful experience at the clinic of Dr. Kalyan Banerjee. The location is extremely popular. And highly reputed. My joint pains are gone.

If your medical problem needs urgent treatment then go around 3 am in morning, you will get same day appointment, the process of going early morning is explained very well in one of the reviews. If it is not very urgent then apply through website for the appointment on the 1st day of the month, you will get the appointment of 2months later

Been trying to get appointment since 2 months. The staff doesn't bother to respond or understand the urgency. No attention to patient experience. Even after charging exorbitant fee they don't care for providing a seamless appointment. No one receives the calls too and the doctors are almost never available.
Advice: don't be so complacent with the demand. A bad experience to patient will only result in bad word of mouth.

I have the horrible experience with them. They dont have the patient profile and dont reply on time and takes around 1 week to reply with queries. I am not sure how their team is working.

Beautifully managed clinic even at the corona times. Though manager is there but at times there is also haphazardness in collecting the medicines. There are two clinics adjacent to each other.

I m giving one star rating only because of poor management and misbehaving staff members. They didn't have any control on token systems. We were here at sharp 4: 45 and listed our name on the paper that was already placed there and our number was 8. But when we came again for token around 8 a.m we didn't found our name on list there. Some of the people made new list and hide the original one. Then guard also saying this is totally our fault. This kind of behaviour is not acceptable.

Dr.kaushal is the best homeopathy Dr he has time for their patients as well as they give pocket friendly medicine.and yes the medicine also very vary effective.

There are 2 ways you can make a visit.appointment through call which gets you 2 month date or reaching there early morning around 530 and stand ina line.only first 10 patients are addressed who arrive in morning, be aware that there is a list wherein you mention the name/number on paper. Clinic opens at 9am and a token is given to these first 10 selected.you have an option to select your doctor, if you select Dr Kalyan, you need to go to adjoining house to his individual clinic.you go through Doc on duty who captures the diagnosis and then there is a wait time around 4 hours before you get your number. Doc Kalyan talks patiently and looks informed. (In person is around 15mins). You need to pay outside for the visit.around 3k inclusive of medicine (for a month). No reserved /assigned parking.street parking on fifo basis available.will share another on medicine/treatment. Happy Homeo!
