I had wonderful experience due to excellent staff who explained all Testing packages which helped me to choose the tests. Very clean Lal path Lab with friendly staff made me totally satisfied.

I never imagined that the staff in this particular laboratory would be so experienced, I didn’t even feel a bit of pain while the staff collected my blood for testing, and report was provided to me within 3 hours of collection. Highly impressed.

When I visited there, I found very unattendive staff. They were talking in foul language among themself.

Extremely bad service. I don't understand why they have opened a lab when I called asked some details about test, the guy who answered the call disconnected my call only I called him again but he was keep on disconnecting my call

Insensitive people despite being in such a sensitive work field. Mobile or landline number remains busy for the whole day constantly. Rude employees if you reach the centre. For home collection the rider finally reached at 11.40am for a blood sample on empty stomach.

Very rude behaviour. Although centre was open, 2 ladies sitting idle asked to come next day to collect token.
No one picked call on the number given here and also request to update time since they refused to do test when I went there at 7.15 pm.
The following day, I went there and requested them for home collection of sample, for which they agreed but no one came to collect and there was no way to connect with them as phone was either busy or no one picked up. Finally, after wasting my 3 days I had to find another laboratory.

Very poor service! Extremely dissatisfied. Don't know their own timelines. Patient's suffering is not cared for. We had to go back and forth with the patient for a simple test. The lady at the reception just casually said "you can bring the patient tomorrow" despite calling them before coming in for a walk-in test.

The office staff is very rude, behaviour is not good with customer.not giving proper information.

I really wish to give them minus points if possible. My experience was extremely disappointing, I work with hospitals myself and understand how health is important for all of us. Small mistake can lead to someone's life, after spending 16K on my blood tests, to my surprise a typhoid test showed a positive result. Which I got it rechecked at one of the reputed hospitals, showed a negative result. I was just wondering if it had been with some serious tests like cancer markers etc, what would have been the repercussions. Anyway, it doesnt end there, when I went to meet them, their behaviour made me feel that Patient has no right to question. Patient has to just accept whatever happens with them either at hospitals or Labs.
