Disappointing Experience with her - Lack of Personalized Care
My recent visit to Dr. Lipy Gupta left me extremely dissatisfied. Upon meeting ther for the first time, I felt she showed no interest in examining my acne or understanding the sudden skin issue. To my surprise, she prescribed a generic medication without any explanation. Even when I showed her a previous prescription from another provider, she gave me the same medication under a different name. This lack of personalized care and reliance on generic treatments left me highly disappointed, especially considering the positive reviews that led me to choose her.

Me and my sister got hydrafacial here. Rehnuma did mine and it was fantastic, gave me all the information before the treatment and also while doing it. However the lady who was attending my sister was very bad, she was not explained anything instead her phone kept ringing, we started at the same time but her procedure ended earlier then mine. Look for Rehnuma for good results
