Worst experience, they are running like old govt hospital you have to wait 1 hour for test and 1 and half hour for reports.people will treat like they are doing a free service for you.
Will recommend take 1 day off it you are coming to this big scammers.they charged you 1500 bucks which if you book online from any online marketing ads you will get same test at 900 from them
This is total waste of time and money

Atleast 2-3 Hours waiting before the test and 1 hour waiting after test for getting report.

Excellent service in fibroscan. Dr. Raj kumar such a wonderful doctor in madhu lab. His communication skills are excellent. He is a good conversation with patient.

Poor staff behaviour. ATTENDEE INSIDE MRI ROOM IS SO RUDE AND PATHETIC…. Not recomendable at all….

They told us that we'll get free in half an hour but after one hour still waiting. Which is not a good behavior.

Too much misbehave by staff. I have to go for ECO and i have received report after 4 hours and i have breathing problem but none of staff helped me and they also torture me again and again. I request to all of you pls dont go Madhu Lab

Good centre for radiology investigations like MRI, CT scan, pathcare all under one roof, quick reports, well behaved, organised & qualified doctors & staff. Reasonable ratres. Wish them all success. Dr. Anand Sagar & Dr. Madhu takes personal care & give full attention to the centre. Positive vibes.

I can't even Give one star. Extremely pathetic experience. If have time to waste, it is the best place to go.

I wish i had the option for zero star, this path lab doesn't deserve even one star. It's my highest recommendation to avoid this fraud place. Staff was unprofessional and non cooperative & the most important thing their lab work aren't reliable, i had to get re-tested from another centre. Totally disappointed

I took my mother 80 years old to the centre for an echo. Instead of giving her priority she was made to wait for 60 min and then the doctor left the clinic because he had prior engagement. We kept waiting for 2 hours for a small test. Useless service and setup. Such doctors should be removed from panel

Pathetic service really i'm very upset with their staff i paid 1700 for ultrasound because I want good service and good accuracy report that's why I came here but their services and their staff not god at all

Worst experience ever not maintained COVID precautions they don't provide clean bed for ultrasound no sanitization even don't use single disposable sheet after one patient, horrable experience ever lots of crowd there and no social distancing, staff n doctor behaviour very bad n roud don't go there.

I'll never prefer Madhu path lab for pelvic ultrasound.she mention everthing is normal. Even I had multiple fibroids. Totally waste of money and time.

Bad behaviour of staff.

I WISH I HAD THE OPTION FOR 0 STARS. SUCH A DISSAPPOINTMENT! Faced problem not once, but twice. So much delay in giving reports. The only time they cooperate is the time while telling the charges. I had to receive the reports at 11am today; I have still not received them and it is 4pm already! I wish I had chosen a better lab. The staff is so careless. They send the perfectly fit fine people into the labs where the other patients are being tested.

Only one of the best pathology in GTB Nagar, friendly staff, provide report too soon then others.

A good place for any kind of pathological work. You will find quality check hare this is just situated on main road so you will not find any problem to reach there.

This is a very good testing center. People here are friendly and help with cordially. Testing EQUIPMENTS are cutting edge technology. I would recommend for MRI and ultrasound.
One less star because nothing is 100% Perfect.

Very expensive price of each and every test 50% extra charges such as ULTRASOUND; CHEST X-ray; LFT; KFT; ECG; Etc.in comparison to others. I will not reccomend to the students specially who are studying in delhi.
Different staff tells the different price of the required tests.they are only trying to rob you.never go in this lab

Its my highest recommendation to avoid that place.
Extreme poor managment.
You will find people without masks either its a Lab assistants or receptionists.
They will tell you different rates for the same service at different appointments.
Long queues. Employees having lunch in the lab.
Try to avoid it

No security n safety.no saniziter or temp check. Always crowded and if u dnt shout or question them they will forget u and make u wait for 2.3 hrs.

Very bad management, just know how to make money, not bother with emergency cases and your time, most time and money consuming point

I went to the lab on 14 March 2020.
The person who took my blood sample was not efficient. He did not put the syringe properly. My blood did not stop after putting spirit too. I fainted there. But Doctor Madhu and the staff came immediately. She is very professional. She did my ultrasound. I request Doctor Madhu to please keep professional people for collecting blood samples.
Inefficient staff will spoil her reputation. The lab has got latest machinery.

Diagnostic centre is very beautiful. And they are punctual for giving test result and staff behaviour is also good.

There is a very good facility in the center, in this the cleaning system and very good quick report is available here, the staff here is very good.

All staffs are good and carying, all modality quality is high and provide the clear images of xray, ct, mri, dexa mammo.

Excellent services. I was here for an X-Ray & MRI and ultrasound.my experience was amazing. The hospitality was great. The place is extremely clean and highgenic. They make sure everything is taken care of. I highly recommend this lab.

Mri quality is not good. The doctor who gave me reference of this MRI centre said MRI is ok. But when I went to Sant Parmanand hospital, Dr. Amit Sridhar said mri is not clear and suggested me to get it done again at Mahajan mri centre. Madhu mri centre said their mri reports are valid everywhere, even aiims accept their reports. But now i know that their reports were good sometime ago but now their MRI machine is not in good condition, they have to get it repaired frequently. The radiologist at madhu mri centre was not able to diagnose the problem clearly due to the inefficient machine. I don't suggest madhu mri centre because when we are paying a huge amount for MRI then spend a bit more and go for any other good mri centre. Cost is not the main issue, issue is the radiation which the patient has to go through during mri which is harmful to body, so we can't get mri done every next day.

Ridiculous peoples

They are running a lala shop, not at all hygenic. Pathetic pathology. People are just walking directly into the blood testing area. They are not even using dustbins and the gloves. It is soo unbelievable ridiculously dirty place.
Premises is falling apart. Stairs are so dirty, dark and slippery. Any one can fall.
They are playing with the lives of thousands of people.
The open free walk zone in area and contamination in the pathology is HAZARDOUS.

Dr Madhu my humble Request you to kindly look at my minor feedback. Your clinic is in shambles. Your service wont last you long.

When I came here directly they did not give me discount but when somebody referred me and they offered me 15% discount next time when I come directly to the lab again that did not give me discount and then I ask them that last time when I was referred by someone you give me 15% discount so they didn't take care of that and did not give me even a single rupee discount the test costed me rupees 3000 where is after discount it costed me 2550 rupees so I don't know what is the procedure of discount non but according to me the person who comes directly should be given discount because when somebody refers you have to give then commission and when you you have to give then Commission that means your profit is decreased so if you directly offer the discount to the customer then you don't have to give Commission to anyone so I don't know this Funda of discount and all but as far as the lab is concerned the lab is good the reports are trustable and doctors and all never question on the reports so I think it's a good lab.
