We went to Sir Gangaram from Nepal for my mother-in-law's treatment. Her first Fistula on the right hand failed, and the permacath was also infected. We visited the hospital for infection treatment and the operation of the second Fistula. Dr. Nikhil Sharma performed the Fistula operation. The day of the operation was very hectic, as my mother-in-law was taken to the operating theater at 8 am. We assumed the operation would not take much time, but the situation was not as expected. I was under so much tension as she was not shifted to the ward for the whole day. She was under observation by the doctor in the OT waiting area due to bleeding, and I was extremely tense. Around 6 pm, I got the opportunity to meet Dr. Nikhil, and he explained the entire scenario. After meeting Dr. Nikhil, my tension eased, and I took a deep breath, realizing that everything was well. He and his team frequently visited the ward for observation and dressing.
After we returned to Nepal, we received a call from Dr. Nikhil. His humility and down-to-earth behavior made us very emotional.

I am patient phool wati i am suffering from kidney failure and i also survived breast cancer.my dialysis was going on smoothly But on 11 Jan i feel pain in my arm.where the fistula is. He told us we came on time because near to fistula there was a infection and it become clot type if we late it will bust and anything can happen. Then he immediately did my operation. So one problem came out now from where my dialysis will happen so he insert a parma cap in chest so from it dialysis are going on. So it is temporary solution so he did operation in my left hand for permanent solution for my dialysis i am very very thankful to him because in left hand side my breast cancer was happened and my previous cancer doctor told me to not to use my left hand for any surgical use but he did it without any problems or issues. I am very grateful for his help he helped us in every problem like he helped us to switch to private to ews because lots of money is spending on private things and we can't afford that much of expenses he and his team is best because if any doctor can't help u he and his team can help u. I am standing and feeling better only because of him and his team he is very professional in his work. He is very experienced doctor i ever met like I don't have enough words to thank full to him.
