Hospital staff is rude and behaves as if they are govt employees running a govt hospital.

"Especially the man in the xray department today has absolutely zero communication skills. The departments are working in silos and don't own any miscommunication or mistakes of hospital. If a xray technician would not own up miscommunication/mistake by hospital employees and says I am not concerned about it, they God save this hospital and you Dr. Yadav. You won't expect a sweeper in hospital to do that for you if not people in different departments of your hospital.

P.s. Kindly get some soft skills training for your staff especially the man in the xray department on ground floor.

People comes in private hospital for facility. But unfortunately the hospital staff not able to give a one page print to patients.

Pleasant nature of doctor takes away half pain.so is Dr. Rajkumar. He understood my problem and explained in detail the possible reasons for that and how to bring changes in life style for long term solution while prescribing the medicines for immediate relief.

Service was not too good not bad. But behaviour of staff was very bad and rude, staff was too lazy also.

Hospital cheat patient, double charge from patient & Mediclaim companies. BUT
Doctor's are very Good,

Doctor diagnosis was good but behavior was rude. He wrote a bunch of medicines and upon asking what each medicines was for (which is right of every patient to know and be aware of), he replied curtly that "I'm not here to teach you medicine".

Very good doctor with indepth knowledge of orthopaedic dept. Clean and beautiful environment, very comfortable services
