Hopeless and Thugs I would like to Highlight this matter for Date 2 August 2023 wherein there is a misbehave by the reception guy Rishi and Alka who don't even know how to speak with patients. First of all they made me wait for more then 4 hours despite requesting them about my issue about payment also for Rs 2450 I have been repeatedly calling them still they have not done anything about it instead of returning my money he is giving me numbers of other guys. They are thugs beware of them they don't know how to talk and instead of returning money he is misbehaving with me on the call.if anybody wants to know the matter I have the call recording also how the guy abused me and said a lot badwords to me even he said your kid should die do not go to such place highly not Recomended. Iam scared to go such place now

They don't have value of time for the patient.they will make you wait for more than 2 hours. When asked about tentative time, they will make you sit on crouch for minimum 2 hrs.

Further, they don't have ample female staff perform the test and conduct test through male staff in presence of a female

I must say the best service is the best part of this clinic. I felt relaxed and guided with the doctor who did scan. She was very good and all the staffs were polite. I would love to recommend to my family and friends.

1st Floor Reception person Informed to wait 1 hour and kept waiting for 2 hours to complete the test. Never recommend anyone to visit here.

Worst experience and happened 2-3 times. Reception person are worst in talking to patient. Informed to wait 1 hour and kept waiting for 3 hours to complete the test. Never recommend anyone to visit here

Worst lab at time management, they don't care about the value of your time, even if you come at 8am don't expect to be get free before 1pm.

They have taken up the job to do medical screening for corporate employees at priority and will set aside the pregnant ladies to last.

I don’t know why their total rating is 3.8 maybe everyone have their own experience but for me they were good I mean way of talking and all even their services are also good. For a business the most important thing is behaviour with the customer which good overall they won’t argue to return ur money if u think it’ll take more time to get the report they will directly say you can take ur money which I really liked and didn’t take my money i waited for the report so it was my overall experience thanks

Unprofessional, high handed, and careless front desk.
Yesterday, i.e. One day before my 2 tests were to be done, I sent this lab a copy of the doctors requisition on WhatsApp, and asked them some questions about the “ profile” of the test mentioned.
They didn’t know, but said they will find out. Then I called them again, repeatedly, they just said test ANA would cost Rs. 1100. (eleven hundred)

Today when we went for the test they gave a bill of Rs. 11,000 for ANA test. I reminded them of yesterday’s questions / conversation about this.

BUT, they said they don’t know what “ profile “ means so they billed us for everything that ANA covers, which was Rs 11,000 (thousands)
The problem was that they didn’t even try to give us full information about whether we EVEN NEEDED all these tests. They were still not sure and wanted us to “choose” what we wanted.
It’s not what we want. It’s what is NEEDED to be done.
I reminded them I had sent my requisition yesterday, still they couldn’t find out?
All four of the staff supported each other and absolutely denied everything.
Disgusted, I left this unprofessional lab and didn’t even go for the ultrasound, which I was fasting for.
If only they hadn’t been so ‘uninformed’ and so “unprofessional!

So, BEWARE!
Unless you are alert yourself, you will be cheated easily!

Worst management at this place where patients are kep on waiting since the doctors are so inefficient to complete reports. My wife was hospitalised and the hospital sent us to this place for ultrasound unfortunately. They dont know value the time of a patient. They just focus on keep the patient waiting to show their hipe. Highly unrecommended.

Worst sonography centre in the world. The staff will fool you and make you wait from morning to evening and the doctor is not concerned at all. Make sure you take full day leave before coming here for a 10 mins sonography.worst staff.

Very very bad service about Rajeev ultrasound i have come there in emergency way to do x-ray but first I waiting 20minit because dr. Is not there and when Dr. Are come and talking to mobile in 10 minit then he says me in waiting for 30minit to deliver report i m not suggest to go to Rajeev ultrasound lab very very bad service

It’s a pathetic place. The entire team is simply hopeless. They don’t value patients time and makes you endlessly wait for a simple test. The supporting staff keeps on gossiping with each other and doesn’t bother about attending patients as per their appointments.

The front desk will just charge you for the tests as soon as you reach and after that there is nobody to assist you. Certainly NOT recommended.

Excellent centre for pregnancy ultrasounds. Doctors are well experienced and humble. Highly recommended.

Dr. Rajiv is very experienced and reliable. He is best out here also the reason why there is queue and waiting time is more. If you want to get ultrasound done on time come before 8 a.m.

Bunch of truly unprofessional people sitting here. This is 2nd time i am facing such issue. In first instance i thought it would have been happened due to some minor confusion and Communication gap but today i got to know that they are very much habitual of doing such things. Very Sorry for Dr. Rajiv you are a gud doctor for sure but how you have hired such unprofessional, stupid and completely in human in nature people for you. I can understand i am very harsh while writing this but simple suggestion for you watch your guys on camera for 2 hours only you will got to know all about them amd then you can also understand the pain of patient coming here. For sure this is last time i choose to come here.

Worst experience with dr rajeev path lab janakpuri. Totally waste of time for one ultra sound you have to waste your whole day. I went for ultra sound 10 am and wait till 12 then my ultra sound done and after printing reports they again wasted my 2 hrs. How can a pregnant woman can sit for 4 hrs for ultra sound you can imagine. My suggestion please go somewere else say no to DR rajeev path lab

Wait time is too much, sometimes it takes more than 4 hours to get a scan done, Monday and weekends are most time taking one's. Cash counter staff is not professional.dr Rajeev is good, his observations are more accurate.

Wrost experienced here. Total time waste. Staff start working from 8: 30 but doctors come after 11am. I would not recommend anyone to come here and I also inform to orchid hospital please do not recommend Dr. Rajiv ultrasound lab in Shankar garden, Vikaspuri.
