Staff is good but doctor beheviher is lowest to low my father age is 84.i go to with my father at 25-01-024 in emergency there is doc aiswarya she attand my father very decent n peace fully she refer him to Dr salesh but he was unrespons person n as well as doc his behavior like a syco person doesn't matter for him someone is painfull.really he is careless doctor I really want to know who is responsible if my father face any kind of problem there. Should be some action or serious action against salesh he present a very poor example for aiims we all know about aiims but today I am very disappointed I want to know how to admit someone who really need treatment? ?

Very rude behaviour of security guards and other staff. Doctors are good and give time to patients. Building is clean however process takes whole day even work not done in whole day. As we know AIIMS Delhi is prestigious institution for some difficulties which are not treated elsewhere in country so it's good. Overall good experience as it's not easy task to handle huge numbers of patients daily.

You will go at 8 in the morning and first go in a queue of opd card then in a line for doctor then in a line for eyedrop then in a line of lens checkup then you eill get date of 2 months later
There will be no result or outcome of your visit
Please avoid visiting here until very serious casualty
There is no staff in the hospital only security guards are there and they will shout and send you here and there on their own will
Govt should take a look in better management of so called most prestigious hospital of country

Just wastage of time and money.no humanity.my brother came every month from Prayagraj for his lazer surgery of eyes.every month they give date for surgery and when he came on that date they give excuse Doctor is not available, senior resident who going to operate resigned and now new problem lazer machine is not working etc.

Government is sleeping no care for patient.

Here eye departments is not so good and process is very lengthy. Behaviour of doctors and guard is very rude. My patient name Sangita Sinha. Her vision is completely loss. I am here for last 1 month but there are no solution. Her health is detoriated day by day.

Earlier the eye department was amazing but now there are only Junior and Senior students looking into all patients the situation has become pathetic we don't feel anymore we are going in a place like AIIMS for the treatment. We really hope it gets back to the older version where some good senior doctor's used to look into patient.

If you have good contacts
with lady security in room 38A then only you can get proper treatment. I am coming here for second time but had a bad experience in eye care centre back again. The lady security brought her known 10 to 12 members and made entry in between the queue also messed up with people around saying rubbish wherein every other member standing in queue are following the protocol. Wow is this a management?

I am sorry to say this but this is the reality of staff here they are extremely rude even across the India no government employee behave like this.

Very bad experience.i went for lasik but after OPD, doctor sent me to E8 they give me date of refraction test 06/07/2023 after 3 months and for ratina clinic after 5 months?

all are saying only one month take for lasik but they r taking 6 months for test only after that they will tell the date of lasik?

Terrible experience in this hospital. The doctors (many) are very rude and unfriendly and unhelpful. I will not recommend this hospital to anyone. If one is not able to get treatment in another hospital then it is better to die as a dignified person.

Disturbing and unpleasant. Female guard slapping a male patient, Resident doctors (who are not even Drs) examining patients and taking photos of their external reports for their research without their consent, test dates given for 4 months ahead. THIS WILL ADD MORE TO YOUR SUFFERING THAN MAKING IT LESS.

Premium eye hospital run by Central Govt.with best facility and competent faculty.but crowd, rude behaviour of staff (paramedical) and recommended pts of staff keeps many needy away from visiting.

Seriously this is so pathetic.meri dono eyes me squint surgery honi thi sare test karwaye mne aur refraction test k liye doctor ne outside se karwane k liye bola and card me mention bhi kar diya jb m refraction test ki report leke aayi to dusre doctor ne vo report manne se mnaa kar diya aur dobara AIIMS se refraction test karwane k liye bola bcoz unhe pata hai ki yaha bahut lambi appointment date milti h main 12 dec 2022 ko dikhane aayi thi and and next refraction test ki date 2 March 2023 ki mili h
And baar baar vo glasses k liye puchh rhe h jbki meri eyesight bilkul thik h mujhe without glasses vision me koi dikkat nhi aati phir bhi baar baar ek hi test krne k liye bolte rhte h literally so mean they are!

I’m sorry to say but the staff behaviour and attitude is ruining the sovereign in terms of hospital, I mean AIIMS and also the name of cognoscenti Dr. Rajendra Prashad. Dr Sakha sitting in 17/A is very rude and she literally brought my Grandmother’s eye in vain.
I mean she made her almost blind by prescribing wrong medicine and also forced us to stop the regular and important medicine of pressure without letting us to speak a bit. It was really humiliating when we went there to inform her that due to some issue the machine is not able to judge the eye pressure and she readily blamed us for coming to a wrong place and shouted and made fun of us. It’s so heart rending that my Grandmother had tought thousands of student like her in Government school giving her life and got this kind of treatment and this level of respect being 70+….

A very best hospital in govt sector of india. This type of hospitals should be increased for people.

Patients admitted on short admission basis are often denied the treatment on the same day. Those patients are called at 9.00 am and made to wait till 5.00 pm and then give the reschduled dates on the pretext of OT time is over. This is happening two-three times with most of the patient. It has happened with me also.

Very crowded, long cues, lot of waiting but everything is free. Same tests and OPD consultation wold cost about 10000 in any private hospital.

One star is also high for me. I have very bad experience in Aiims waiting for long queue and the doctor (may be intern) were busy with his friend outside the building.waiting from 2-3 hours for your turn is not so easy in rush. They should know that they have profession with very high risk. They have to present atleast the time of their duty. And the behaviour of staff was ridiculous, they might be think that they were all superiour than any one, the language and the tone was so rough and rude. Hope that higher authority should see the matter and do something better for patient. I have very much negative point.

I came for new opd appointment at 8 am in order to avoid waiting and crowd. But my turn came at 1: 30 pm. Dr. Rachna Meel was rude while checkup and shouted several times. She said she doesn't have enough time so i should hurry up. She just wanted to get ot over with all the pending patients. I had a bad experience at RP Centre with doctor and guards. The cards weren't kept systematically hence the delay. Also, there was not enough chairs to sit in the waiting area.

Rude and arrogant doctors and guards. Doctors are shouting and saying wait for 2-3 hours in emergency cases.

I know For Government Hospital Review Doesn't matter.
But still i want to share my experience while I took my son for Eye check up.
We came across with super insensitive lady Name. Dr Shreya.
She doesn't deserve to be a doctor. If one cannot understand the pain and urgency of child. Then i have doubt. How she is going to be as a doctor.
First she sit in E-4. And the way she handle her operation is super full of Chaos. No transparency.
When you get your turn then she will tell the most and super waiting task.
Go and get drop in your eyes and come after half an hour. And by the time you come back your card lost in bunch of cards. And now you won't be able to understand, whether your turn already passed or she will will call your name in some time.
The process is so unorganised, that one cannot Guess when his or her turn will come.
I want management to to please take action against her and give her one extra hand to handle operation.
By the i felt she wasn't doctor - she was looking like a Trainee for exposure.

Today, I visited to the eye center for injection in the eye of my uncle. But now service is very bad. More than 4 to 5 patience is weeping like a kids because of pain after the injection. My uncle already injected more than 15 times in last 5 years. But this time he said there is no doctor available for injection who has experienced. All the doctors are in the practice stage. That's why they are not inject the patient in proper way. The main reason behind that is New Director.

Very bad experience at Rp centre. Doctors are arrogant in behaviour. I went there for my mothers cataract surgery. However at initial stage doctors who are junior residents did the surgery and did wrong surgery. After that after regularly visiting the hospital they again did the surgery and again it failed. After that all the doctors were referring different doctors at every visit.

Also doctors behaviour is too cheap. They talk in rude behaviour.

There is service good but there is no time schedule for staff, like: -they give appointment time 8: 30AM and don't open window/counters before 9 AM, they don't care patient time or condition.

I want to give a thumbs up to Dr. Sherya Nayak for utmost care for patients, be attentive, paying attention to details and providing answers to all queries patiently for her patient. I had first hand experience because my elder brother had to go through the surgery for Retina Detatchment and we felt that we are in right care.

Doctor's behaviours with patient is good but security guard and staff behaviour is very bad.sis security and swift security both staff is unprofessional.

Staff behavior very bad specially Mr. Naresh room no. 41.he is very bad person. In bad behavior I give him 5 star.

Today I had Worst experience with RP Center since morning 7am to 1pm i was waiting in front of 33 room number than dr. Prakash told me to visit room 102 after his checkup, i went there the guard is not even listening the problem he is saying in rudely behavior that come on monday again in morning 8: 30. My all efforts were waste for whole day. No one was there to give me clear response.

My SMILE eye surgery has been done successfully by Prof. S. Khokhar at Rs 52000/-
I'm happy with the results as my vision is now 6/6 without glasses.

Doctors are very much supportive and staff behavior is good but patient suffer due to wrong information by seniority staff.

Any management person can monitor u staff misbehaving to patient. I was shocked room no 102 Lab doctor decline for treatment and suggest get good treatment in private hospital. Earlier I thought AMIIS Hospital having good doctor but when I have visited then I founded how they're miss used our tax money.and request to Aiims management pls ask u staff they having any deal with private hospital so they're interested to refer there. Pls don't spoil u image. Hope any management person take some action after read the comments.

Dr. Rajendra prasad Eye center is Good OPD center better than another hospital in my think. There are Very good doctors and nerse and good behavior with patients but Conter person is not good Gider. Security person is better than conter person.

Eye7 Hospitals are frauds. Rahil chaudhary said that I'm fit for contoura vision surgery and it is the best and the safest. When I went to RP centre, I was clearly told by doctors that my pupil size is bigger and I'm not fil for surgery. Thanks for saving me. Now so many reviews I see on facebook that eye7 is there to only market by posting videos on Facebook and youtube. How can Rahil chaudhary experiment with our eyes just to make money.

Visited today first time and found it better than many private hospitals in the country. Doctors give enough time to treat the patients. Rush will always be there considering the population of our nation, quality of treatment they provide and being the top govt hospital in the country.

Swift security guards beheviour is very bad.they have no manner to talk.but i like there doctors they are so so good. I'm very thank full.they change my life.

I visited recently on 29th Dec 2019, Staff behavior is very rude. Even Doctors is very good in Nature in Dr Rajendra Prasad Centre (Specially Dr. Prathvi is very helpful)
Staff behaviour very bad with common people. These staff people give preference to their known.u will not be able to identify, who is staff person as they r not in uniform.these staff people so rudely behave with common man and teaching them rules n regulations. Though they himself break rules and ignore poor person.
In Eye checkup department. One the Checkup doctor is very rude. Even Patient's are in queue and he went from the Ward 3r A. Some patient were coming from bihar, UP n MP etc. They people were waiting from morning to till 9: 00pm for doctor but he didn't come back in Ward No. 3A. I dont remember that doctor name. If I will go again in AIMS i will specify the name on site as well.
It is requested to AIMS Management please teach to nurshing staff they could not behave rude with the patient. Pateint is already suffering please take it serious this comment.

I have booked online registration too much rush but no issue cause I felt that I am in best hospital after 4 hours finally I am in front of dr but shocked dr. Vinay not handle my case any lady dr, she is very helpful. I have 5 years twins baby my one baby retina detachment and dr vinay not talk to me, both baby rop sequel, dehradun drs refer me to dr. Atul kumar for his opinion but all dr. Told me not possible to meet dr atul kumar and no treatment for your both babies I didn't know that what should I do? Very satisfied when we reached in aiims but cant understood if I want to meet dr atul kumar nobody help me. I dont knows after feedback anybody help me or not.thnk u

Highly disappointed by the name aiims. It's just hype. Nothing extraordinary. Too much crowd. Inside contacts given priority. No discipline. Not even 20% of good private hospital. Doctors doesn't listen to patient patiently. They are always in hurry. If you have money don't go there. They take no responsibility whatever.

For first time visitor from far away is a nightmare, crowd is too huge and only one guard gives direction. I booked online appointment and got 1st no in que to my surprise there was a que of more than 100 patients.
No sign board is there whom and how to approach reception for online appointments. There is no sitting place till you are in que. People sitting on sand and dirt floors waiting for premium institute of India

Staff is not very helpful. They have kept us moving the 9 days old baby almost every time at different floors everyday from one place to other.

I went for Keratoconus treatment.
They suggest me to use contact lens.
I never use lenses before.
I went to room 106 for contact lenses.
Dr Mayank was there. He prescribed me rosek lenses which is very good.
M very much comfortable now & my vision is also good.

Staff is nice overall its ok and much far better then private doctors they make only money but doctors here treat their patients very calmly and give proper guidance.
Best for eye don’t go to private doctors they make your cases more complicated just like my father case.
They give long Operation date which is really useless.
Week wise visit is also painful who lives far from hospital.

A very positive environment there. Fully patients centric is this RAJENDRA PRADAD EYE CENTRE in AIIMS, NEW DELHI.on taking online appointment you can get OPD CARD fast because the queue is separate. The thing I liked most the proper guidance and procedure for charges payment or any treatment there. Dilation room is separate in 116 on first floor. I think all the advanced equipments are there.

Such a pathetic behavior from staff, people who aren't even in their uniform on ward 2.they even push patient. Wondering why the management don't do anything about it

This is a place for Politicians and associates bcz they don't need to stand in Que, i went in emergency RPC with child i waited there for hours, just paper work happened, work only on papers not treatment, they just checked her once and asked me to wait out side i was waiting even standing in the Que from 11.30 Am to 5.30 pm nothing happened, then i approached for complaint to RPC head, finally they helped me and started treatment. But i am wondering how many ppl can approach higher authorities. Doctor was shouting on patients if they were asking for confirm waiting period, doc was saying its government hospital.we work only like this.if you are in hurry go to private hospital.else wait.

Doctor name was Dr. Deepak Kumar Date 3rd April 2019, Duty hours started from 1.30 Pm and that happened in emergency ward, in his 5 hours duty time he just checked 4 to 5 patients and those were referred from seniors.means known only.those are giving positive stars must have visited with influence or they are paid, otherwise thats not the place which can get positive comments.
