Worst worst worst experience ever.
Not expected from such an experienced Dr.at all.
He didn't listen to patient's problem, don't see the reports carefully.
Without any reason, asks for long list of tests which costs more than 14000.
He don't have patience at all.
Will not prefer this Dr ever.

My father has also died in pentamaed hospital coz of him he didn’t came to see him up i tuk my father in emergency then to icu he didn’t he even came for the check and their staff didn’t tell us what is happening to my father cz of their carelessness my father died

Dr. Rajesh Gupta is a very good doctor, the doctor has given very good treatment to my maternal grandfather.

I had the misfortune of being referred to Dr Rajesh Gupta at Pentamed Hospital. He is the most unprofessional doctor I have ever come across. The staff has no clue about what they are doing. We had to wait for 1 hour in the emergency before someone saw the patient. Staff at reception sent us to the OPD when clearly the OPD was closed. Dr Rajesh came 1 hour late despite a prior appointment and spent 30-40seconds on the patient. He did not have enough time to listen to the patient history or the kind of pain he was into. He quickly refuted all the prior tests shown to him and advised fresh tests to be done in his hospital. Although he was extremely prompt in charging Rs 1,000 for this visit. Utterly disappointed with the doctor and support staff at this hospital. Wouldn’t advise to anyone. Horrible experience.

Very Very Bad at diagnosis. Poor Knowledge.

Because of his poor diagnosis, my FATHER DIED. He came to ICU after 17 hours of hospitalization of my father. No DM doctor checked my father for 17 hours in ICU IN MAX Hospital, Patparganj, Delhi. Worse hospital management

He was not able to diagnose the reason of my father's unconsciousness for 2 days and then we took opinion from other doctors from Other Better hospitals of Delhi and then we got to know the reason.

Don't get in his TRAP PLEASE. WE LOST OUR FATHER BECAUSE of HIS CASUAL ATTITUDE AND POOR DIAGNOSIS

Very poor Diagnosis and highly careless.my father died in MAX Patparganj, Delhi ONLY because HE WAS NOT able to diagnose the cause of his unconsciousness for more than 34 hours and even then the basic first possible treatment for that cause was applied AFTER 13.5 hours of diagnosis

My friends father DIED in Max Hospital, Patparganj, Delhi because of his foolishness and CARELESSNESS.bad doctor.

Imagine - Neuro Patient was HOSPITALIZED IN MAX at 6 pm in CRITICAL EMERGENCY ICU and HE CAME to SEE THE PATIENT NEXT DAY at 11Am. That's his CASUAL ATTITUDE Towards ICU patients and even then HE CLEARLY said that I M not ABLE TO DIAGNOSE REASON OF HIS PROBLEM and patient died

Worst doctor of Delhi. Not able to diagnose the reason of casuality. Very confused personality. Don't answers questions of patients' attendees. Our patient died in Max Hospital because he wasn't able to DIAGNOSE THE REASON of our patient's problem

Worst experience ever. The doctor and his team are extremely arrogant and negligent. Dr Rajesh Gupta and his team are so impatient that they cant even read blood test reports right. A platelet count of 90,000 was misread as 19,000 and on the basis of this they were going to admit a perfectly healthy and recovering patient. When this mistake was brought to light, the doctor couldn't even bother to apologise or address this issue.
The doctor doesn't communicate even during scheduled appointments and barely takes 2 minutes to examine one patient.
If you have an alternate physician please avoid this doctor.

Worst dr in model town area always prefers to admit in his hosp.more charges diagnosis not good tries to make the patient his victim prescribes local medicines in the hosp.over billing is also there

I wouldn’t recommend at all as I had a very poor experience. He wrote me a long lists of tests to be done and upon second visit didn’t even bother to ask the results of those tests that costed me a lot. On top of that there is no sense of privacy. He let’s two or more patients in at the same time. More like a money making machine. Terrible waste of money.

Worst experience ever. He charged 2000 rs per visit and doesn't need to talk with the patient's family members about patient's health. My father in law was in pentamed hospital for 8 days (3 days in ICU) and he dint even replied at the time of discharge. No time for patients and their families queries. So irresponsible.
