Not for middle class people because consultation charge is 1000₹ and you have to pay consultation charge every time when you want to consult the doctor as a new patient or old patient. I just thought that consultation charge will valid for some days but I was wrong.consultation charge is valid only for one day, next time again you have to pay 1000₹

Dr. Batra is a great dermatologist, who treats skin and hair too. Medicine is expensive but treatment is just magic. You have to wait for your turn even if you have taken an appointment. I will definitely suggest Dr. Batra for all skin and hair treatment.

I have a terrible experience with Dr Neha Batra. My mother and I spent 3+ lakh rupees for botox, fillers and threads
No change at all for 2 months. After 1.5 months of botox, the botox is over. All products are fake and do not last long
And they are not even answering why this is happening
She took money for cobb threads and used mono threads which are temporary.
Just wanted to share my feedback so no one else gets cheated
My money is gone and now i had to consult another doctor and get my treatment done again and spend more money to get it fixed

I would NOT RECOMMEND Dr. Batra to anyone who is looking for correct diagnosis of their problem with satisfactory solution.
So i visited him because i get tiny acne after every few months which seems to be triggered by something but i was not able to understand what it could be.
He did not bother to listen to my problem and even look properly at the skin, merely took a glance. Then went on to state that it is something triggered by facial, same answer given for strawberry skin legs that it is due to waxing. I then clarified that i have had this skin even before i started waxing and i have not had a facial in last 3 months when I'm facing this acne bout again.
I have been using combination (v dry upper lip) skincare routine and he did not even ask me about my current skincare and just gave standard products as per his diagnosis of oily skin. I am not at all confident about his prescription, and anyone knows they can use BP Gel to dry their acne which is available at Chemist for much cheaper.
I paid for the consultation so i could understand my skin and improvise my skincare routine to get better results.
And he very casually Iikes to mention that if something doesn't work we'll switch in follow up appointment. Looks like he's more interested in having multiple appointments than the actual diagnosis for the client.

-Prescribes topical steroids without asking/informing. Kindly don’t normalise that.
-Hardly gives you 2-5 mins worth of time
- Prescribes 8-10 ointments & medicines which is overcomplicating it & pushing too many medicines to someone

Not a good experience. Heard a lot about the doctor but it a waste visit. He didn’t spend much time in understanding a problem instead gave acidity and allegic medicine which any lay person can also suggest for skin allergies.

What you need in a doctor is a patient listener and a sensible practitioner. The first symbiotic relationship you and your established is trust. At Dr Batra’s trust deficit is neither on the prescription nor there is tolerance for such a Deficit. Every effort is made to make the patient comfortable and ensured that at every step he is guided and informed appropriately.

If any one looks for the absolute diagnosis for skin and hair problems, with best treatment approach and genuine, friendly, frank guidence meet Dr. Rohit. I found a great healer in him, as my dermatologist.

Not a good doctor at all believe me. Also not ready to listen to the problems facing by the people. He has taken consultation fees again and again and have given the exact same medicines that were not effective. Waste of time and money please try for other good doctors otherwise it will be too late for the problem you are facing.

Most of the ratings here are either paid or referral ratings. Had a very bad experience, doctor does not listen to patient and there is same fee for same consultation with same medicine.

Instead of curing my problem, his prescriptions reaulted into new problem

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Rohit were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Rohit really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend “Dermaworld” clinic to everyone who is looking for a professional skincare treatment.

His fees quite cost you (Rs1000). If you are adviced that a skin issue would take 2-3 months to cure that means in mean while he would call you for revisit/recheckup. He should make fee cut in revisit at least by 200-300 for patients vising again. (i.e. May be 700 or 800 Rs for revisit could be good) As many patients dont return due to higher fee.

The clinic is clean and well kept. Some renovation is also going on.
They are making use of a sanitizer fumigator to make every person sanitise to enter clinic.
In these corona times, it's a good choice to see a dermatologist with precautions.
The staff at reception is courteous and humble.
Acne treatments are offered and comprises of medicines - oral and creams.
It's time we start taking care of our skin.

Receptionist are hell, if you take appointment and after that they prefer other patients to visit Doctor instead of you.

I started my treatment with Dr. Rohit at Gangaram Hospital but due to LOCKDOWN was not able to continue.
It was great to have got online consultation during the LOCKDOWN so that my treatment continued and didn't stopped.
My pigmentation has reduced considerably and only oral and topical medications have delivered beautifully.
The doctor discussed various treatment options for Hyperpigmentation and once I decided that I want only creams and gels, we continued on our journey for skin brightening.
The LOCKDOWN also helped in controlling sun exposure and regular sunscreen application and application of night creams has given me a radiant, glowing and soft skin.
My treatment is over and am happy to share my review for those who are still thinking of getting a treatment for skin darkening.

I got PRP treatment for hair. I have been taking sessions on regular basis for over 6 months now and am experiencing good results.
The staff and doctor have been guiding me from time to time for the best treatment suited for me and results are showing
Took approx 100 days as communicated to me to see improvement and 3 sessions of PRP for control on hair fall.
The clinic is tidy and professionally managed.
During COVID, they are maintaining proper hygiene and make sure that all the patients are properly sanitized before entering the clinic.

This doctor is a fraud. He is only concerned with his consultation charges. He barely gives any time to the patient and prescribes the costliest medicines out there. He called me for more than 5 follow ups and prescribes the same medicines. He would only change the anti bacterial tablets every time. The results were also extremely minimal. He calls you every 2-3 weeks only to prescribe the same medicines and call you again after a few weeks. When I asked him to give me medicines for atleast 2 months, he refused. I would not recommend the doctor at all as he is extremely money minded. My acne hasn’t gotten well even after 5 visits to the doctor. Also my hairfall problem still persists. I have also developed a lot of facial hair as a side effect to his treatment.

I must say that I am very satisfied with my treatment at this place. I was suffering from lichen Plano pigment and was very stressed out. The face was all dark and despite many natural treatments there was no improvement.
It took me many months but my patience paid. I started getting results from 3rd month and now am happy to have completed my treatments.
The doctor and staff are good and smiling all the time.
The only problem is of waiting despite appointment.
But if you get good results for your skin condition than wait is worth it.
I also underwent spectra q switch laser along with the medicines and results were amazing.
I was not able to attend parties and everyone used to ask me about my pigmentation but now they say it's gone.
