Dr Sanjucta Ghosh Arora ENT

Couldn't even get though the appointment process. My friend tried to book an appoint on friday via message, they replied on saturday saying she needed to come on sunday at 12: 30pm. When my friend messaged to confirm on sunday before her visit they said the message went to her by mistake. What if my friend didnt confirm like normal people and just showed up as per the date and time given to her? Sanjucta needs to understand her clients are not regular people. They are unwell and in pain! You can't just send a message for appointment date by "mistake. " Highly disappointed and extremely unprofessional.

One of the best doctors very helpful and gives perfect advice, also keeps in mind that money is not the only goal, made sure my ears are totally fine
