Reports are good. Doctor and staffs are so cooperative. I feel glad to visit there and I will suggest people's to come and must visit it.

The radiologist wasn’t competent enough and said all scary things for us to get the ct scan done from their partner lab and whatever they said, the written report was completely different from it. Please beware of them as they are not an expert when it comes to ultrasound.

Worst doctor ever. Indifferent and extremely inconsiderate. Doesn’t have knowledge at all about the ultrasound, not even basic knowledge of gynaecology related ultrasound. Hate for her!

Worst experience here today. They gave us an appointment for 11: 00am, we reached there on time and we told the doctor will come soon. Every 15 mins we're told doctor in coming in 10 mins. They kept us waiting like this till 12: 00 and then we decided to finally leave. Extremity unprofessional, careless and lousy doctor. They don't value patient's time. They aren't bothered about patients'urgency. Utterly shameful! A real doctor can't do that! Avoid at any cost.

I had a very good experience with this lab. The nature of Dr Smita is really nice. I would recommend this place.

Totally uncooperative doctor and staff. Despite being a repeat customer and having being asked to come early morning for a test, the doc denied doing the echo solely because my gynecologist had given the prescription on WhatsApp. Given Covid situation, my gyne mostly does the consultation over phone as visiting hospital every time is not safe for a pregnant lady. But this lab centre started showing me the rule book, not ready to listen to me that even WhatsApp conversation is a valid proof nowadays and wasted about an hour arguing and then ultimately saying no to do the test. And the irony is that, just before saying no, they first asked their receptionist to charge us rs. 100 and make a prescription on their own. When I said no to doing that, they said they won’t do the test. Totally wasted my time when I’d gone with my 10 month old baby. Pathetic experience

Very bad experience. Dr. Smita We gave a genuine review based on our experience. We visited your center twice and got the same outcome both the times and when we visited different center, it gave clarity of the issue which actually saved the life of my wife from serious medical consequences. Your report claims all good and clean but the reality was not the same which we got to know after another diagnosis.
You can't just threatn us to file police complaint or legal action for giving genuine review which nowhere defame anything of yours.

We had certain limitations due to which had to abort the pregnancy which is not at all illegal as it was done with the guidance of a gynecologist. You're nobody to speak rubbish about it and creating an issue over here by saying it cheap medicines pils to murdr the child.

You can't just post our private data over review platform which is instigating us to take legal action on it.
We have all the proofs that we never asked you to generate false report, instead we requested you to refund our money or redo the ultrasound test as my wife was showing symptoms which contradicts your first report showing all okay on which our doctor was also doubtful. And you can't show it as our helplessness that we lost our job so we asked you to do it for free, in fact we never discussed all this with you and you framed this all rubbish by yourself and posted over this public forum which is again instigating us to take legal action on it.

I request you all to go through my comment and visit the clinic accordingly if you want to at your own risk.

Visited Center on 10/10/2021 with prior appointment through 1mg for uroflowmetry test. This is highly mismanaged center. They do not honour the appointment time. Even they do not serve on 1st come 1st serve basis. A simple solution of giving number as soon as billing is done not done here.any new patient come and ask about time before billing, counter staff will tell you 15-20 minutes. Once the billing is done you may wait for 3-4 hrs, as done in my case. I waited for 3 good hrs for test done. Further waited for 1.30 hrs for report which was not prepared even after 1.30 hrs. So I left the centre in distress without report, now I request to destroy the report.
Please visit the centre if you are ready to experience the high level of mismanagement.
However Doctor behaviour is very good.

Would have given even less rating. Unprofessional approach, appointment was given for 12 noon for a 10 mins test, to my utmost frustration it was completed only by 2: 30 PM. A complete disregard of the commitment of INR 3300/- made earlier on the test amount and over charged by INR 430/-. Visit only if there is no other diagnostic available to you

Also, just now on a festival day, received a call from the lab. The lady instead of apologising and working on the genuine feedback;; directly threatened me with police complaint and defamation case. Also to mention that we had gone without prior appointment is false.

This is a very worse place to anyone, they will take payment and will say you will get report within 24 hours but after 72hrs they gave the report on multiple calls but it was nothing clear in that report, I am having fever from 10 days so I tested blood and found nothing clear in that report. In this situation I don't know which medicine I should thake bcoz I wasted my money as well as my time. And again going lal pathology all time better lab. Don't know why I came here.very very very bad experience I got here too much depressed, frustration, even they don't know the talking way.please don't go there.

Visited here for tests and all yesterday. Won't recommend anyone to go here as her reports are not at all accurate and clear. Please take your decision accordingly. Also as I can see in some reviews that she threatens people for police complaint if you give genuine review. If she's a genuine doctor then she should not be affected with such reviews and keep doing her work. Also she put lame comments for people which can be seen in few of the reviews instead of apologising or making her service better.

A big no to this place.

Dr. Smita I really do not know whom you are referring to in your comments on my review. But the details that you have shared seems like you would have done the same thing which those people too and thanks for revealing the truth by yourself.
Secondly it also shows what kind of doctor you are that you're revealing the patient's information on a public portal like that.
Moreover just for your information I would like to tell you that customer review platform is meant for providing the feedback for the service they have availed. I didn't like the service so I shared the genuine feedback here which is not at all illegal and customer has full rights to do that. Nobody will defame anyone untill and unless services are really good or upto the mark.

Guys do not visit such clinics as your health ad well as your private information is at risk.

We went for HSG, doctor took multiple hours and could not undertake the test with satisfaction, final reports were also doubtful, doctor was using mobile torch instead of standard equipment for light in the whole test period.

When we feel that it was not up to a standard test, we went for the same test to other expert and surprisingly this new Dr. Was able to do it without any problem and reports were quite opposite.

However, Dr.behaviour was good.

We were called at 10a.m for ultrasound and confirmed the receptionist thrice before coming bit still had to wait for 45-50mins. Also i will bot recommend it for ultrasound during pregnancy
