Dr. Shamim akhtar sir is very good pulmonologist doctor. His attitude towards patient is very & he does great conseling. He is excellent in treatment COPD, Asthma, allergic and sleep apnea.
Worst doctor. He is so soft spoken that you will feel that how good a person he is. My mother was visiting him since 13 years. He got my mother admitted that I need to conduct some tests. However in two days he handed us her dead body. My mother went walking into the hospital all by herself.he however told that her condition is not good and shifted my mother to ICU. Even though we were in the hospital nobody told us anything. In the morning our mother's dead body was given to us and told that nobody was available which is a white lie.dr shamim told that he was receiving calls from icu junior that my mother is not well but he was busy in his clinic at basai darapur. Also he told us" chalo chalo dukh krne ki jarurat nhi h. Mere pass call to aa rhi thi par m apne clinic m busy tha". Is that how a doctor treats his patients. Very greedy and emotionless doctor and worst hospital. The hospital did not let us even meet her once one last time. Please don't go to this greedy doctor and don't visit st Stephen's.
Worst DR.to go for consultation. We have had the bad experience and worst nightmare. We lost our mother due to negligence in the treatment and could not diagnose the real issue. Its my request for everyone to not go to this doctor for consultations or any further treatment. No to dr shamim and st.stephen hospital…
Not at all a good experience with this doctor. Worst experience I cn sy I was diagnosed tb i went for the check in the ops nd the doctor couldn't get i was low on oxygen at that time it was from dr shamim s team (Dr uma Sharma) Thy just make all the tb patients oxygen dependent uncessarily increasing the oxygen if the saturation is fine too. The icu staff nd the other is the worst too me being the youngest patient has suffered a lot mentally Thy even hit you bad I don't recommend anyone this the hospital tactics is just for money
Very care giving pulmonologist in the St Stephens hospital. I have been admitted to the hospital many times with COPD exacerbation. He takes good medical care and has discharged me in a stable condition each time.
