I was referred to Dr. Agrawal for a lump in my breast by my gynecologist. I am in the fashion business and was terrified at the thought of surgery. Dr. Agrawal was thorough and only ordered the investigations I needed with no unnecessary tests avoiding waste of time and money. My diagnosis was confirmed by her team of breast cancer experts in a few days. I underwent complete removal of the lump and she used special oncoplastic surgery to give me an excellent cosmetic result all done at the same operation. She gave me an amazing result where I can barely see the cut and the tumour has been removed successfully. I was discharged the morning after surgery after one night stay and returned to my work in three days resuming my fashion assignments with confidence and happiness. She not only saved my life but also gave my life back to me. I will always be deeply grateful to Dr. Agrawal for her skills, knowledge and compassion which give women a second life. She’s a quite skilful and knowledgeable doctor. Compassionate, listens carefully and gives exact advice. One thing, for which I felt sad that I had to pay Rs 3500 again just to show reports a day after of my first visit.

A women's breast are an integral part of her. The way Dr Agrawal checked me, answered all my silly non stop lame questions with ease and patience is remarkable. There are a lot of good doctors in this country, BUT to find a good doctor with empathy, patience and gentleness is rare. My experience was wonderful. Wait of the test results can be extremely difficult, during that time also Dr Agrawal replied to all my msgs and questions. I am highly dissatisfied with this doctor. She mistreated and underdiagnosed my mother's case. She kept delaying the surgery and was extremely rude while talking to my parents. After following her prescribed guidelines for several months, my mother took a second consult and was advised for immediate surgery - which this doctor kept delaying under the pretext of 'the medicines are working'. As a result my mother's cancer spread and she will require aggressive treatment. Again - this has happened after following Dr Aggarwal's instruction without fail for many months. To now say she does not take responsibility for patient outcomes if they go elsewhere is true medical negligence in this case. Kindly always take second opinions from other doctors if you're her patient. My family and I are horrified by her medical malpractice.

Dr. Shefali Agarwal has done a surgery of removal of breast fibroadenoma. Her guidance and straightforward approach during the whole procedure was remarkable.
