Dr shyam Vyas he called us twice a week but their charges remain same in every visit so my concern is why they are taking same amount again and again as this is named as charity so why it's too expensive every time it's not possible to give same amount

Pathetic service.management staff has no respect for time. Even when you take an appointment you have to wait the whole day.preferential treatment to some people and some people are made to wait as per the whims and fancies of the staff sitting in the front desk along with the manager Manish.if not for the doctor suma ganesh I would not have ever visited this hospital again.

Came for a Fundoscopy test. Extremely planned and well structured.excellent job by Dr Pooja and Ms Komal. Both were extremely patient and explained the entire process thoroughly.

Dr Shroff Charitable Hospital is the best hospital for eye care i have seen till now.
Not only the hospital management which ensures the hygiene of the premises and smooth administrative process related to patients, but also the doctors are excellent. The cornea and anterior segment team of doctors is excellent. They not only listen to the patients calmly but also gives them a real good care, treatment and counseling. Never ever it has happened since last 15-18 years that they have advised any medical test or examination for the sake of money. They advise as per the needs of the condition of the patients.
Dr Umang Mathur, Dr Abhilekh Aneja and their team are great doctors and great human beings who are not only having a great knowledge but also are compassionate and have a human touch while dealing with their patients

I am keretoconous patients and disease diagnosed on my both eyes due to this my study totally humper even i cant drive and read books.i went out many hospitals bit i cant get proper solution but one of my frend suggest me Dr shroffs charity eye hospital.i came here and under the guidence of Dr Abhilekh Aneja my treatment going on for one year and now i can read and drive (in the night also) ।Dr Abhilekh sir is very humble and polite and they care there patients as child and gives proper satifiction.after a year now finally i can say that my treatment carried out very well and am totally satisfied with hospital facility and staff and specially Dr. Abhilekh Aneja and thanks team of dr shroff hospital who gave me normal vision.

Zero star for Dr Nupur Gupta and five stars for Dr Neha Kapoor.

Dr Nupur Gupta is an incompetent doctor coz of whose medical negligence my father still can’t see after 22 days of his cataract surgery from the operated eye. DO NOT CONSULT HER.

I just got my father operated here for cataract yesterday (July 30,2022) by Dr Nupur gupta and my experience has been extremely unpleasant. The initial examination was great so on the basis of the pre examination we finalised her.

The day of the surgery, we were the first one to report and were told that he would taken in first, but since my father’s eye hadn’t dilated, he had to wait, which is ok. However after the surgery also they made him wait unreasonably long despite the private daycare nurse calling OT multiple times to send him up. All the other patients and their attendants around us were also asking why hasn’t he come up till now. He was gone from 8 to almost 1. The staff members kept giving lame excuses changing what they said each time first saying the doctor came late, then saying that his eye hadn’t dialated. I got so frustrated, I asked the nurse how can I meet my father, & went to the OT and found him waiting in front of a blaring AC right next to him. (He told me it was uncomfortable and cold). Dr nupur Gupta saw me and tells quickly that the lens chosen by us was switched to monofocal during surgery. First of all, she should learn to speak a bit slowly. She speaks so fast that it is hard to understand what she is saying when she begins talking a lot. She says lens were changed as he is diabetic. I told her he is not diabetic so she says “oh he is not diabetic”. This was news to her. This basic information about a patient who she just operated on an hour back was news to her. What does this tell you about her competence? Then she changes her reason saying lens was switched coz the cataract was hard. We were not told about this that a change like this may be decided unilaterally by the doctor, or that we may not be consulted before such a change. Her switching the reasons for changing the lens, made me lose my trust in her. This made me super upset. She appeared plain incompetent.

Then she said, she will explain everything again tomorw when we come for removal of bandage. We went the next day, she was absent. Dr Shweta that she will not be coming as she is unwell. We were asked to come on 4th. I asked Dr Shweta if Dr nupur will be there on 4th. She says no she won’t as she is unwell (However, we learnt on 4th from another doc that dr nupur was travelling for 2 weeks so basically dr Shweta lied). My dad’s cornea was swollen. He can’t see so we were asked to make another visit with another doctor dr neha kapoor.

So Dr nupur Gupta has no time to give proper explanation for her unilateral decisions during surgery, has no time to meet for follow up visit, & dr Shweta lied for her. Our experience has left a horrible taste in our mouth. I will never recommend this place and doctor to anyone. Pls find another place.

Also the counsellor is totally clueless. She said doctor must have taken consent from my father before the lens change but another doctor refuted her claim. So basically nobody knows anything here. They all speak different language and offer confusing answers.

Update - we have been consulting Dr Neha Kapoor now in the same hospital and we just love her. She explains everything so patiently, exhaustively and competently. My father has been healing under her. Highly recommend Dr Neha.

The nursing staff in private day care was also excellent.

I hope the management reads my feedback and conducts internal inquiry on what went wrong in our case. Dr nupur gupta is just bringing bad name to the hospital. The counsellor one Ms Sonia/soni gives wrong information and Dr Shweta lied to cover up for her colleague. These three were highly unprofessional! Please act management else be happy with your reputation taking a nosedive!

Yesterday their chemist shop staff had denied to take payment through debit card. After a while, I gave cash to that female staff. She forget and told me for money. She was not accepting that I had given her cash. The person who was standing behind me confirmed her that I had given cash to her. I was talking with an another person who were in line then suddenly chemist shop staffs shouted on me and argued with me very badly. Their chemist shop staffs are very rude, mannerless and don't know how to talk with customers. My family members and I have been going to this hospital for more than 15 years. By this kind of behavior, I can't be a part of this pathetic hospital anymore. Except for doctors and some medical staff, all are mannerless. Their way of talking, language, and attitude are very rough. It seems those medical staff who might be on hospital payroll have attitude problems. I would like to suggest don't purchase medicine at their internal chemist shop. Apollo Pharmacy has franchise, their internal chemist shop doesn't give a single rupee discount on medicines. Better to purchase medicine at any outside chemist. Some chemists also give up to 15% to 20% discounts on medicines. The worst thing about their internal chemist shop is, if the exact prescribed medicine is not available in their stock, then they give another company medicine without informing you. These franchise and rude staff have been downgrading the reputation of the hospital. Hospital management should take strict action for the same.

Good place for treatment like ENT. The patient is helped by very lovingly and in a humble manner. An attendant can accompany each patient! Neat n Clean Hospital Environment!

They don't have value of people's time appointment booked at 2 pm but still waiting for final consultation after 4.30 PM. And this is when then they have given appointment according to them.

Most pathetic hospital in the whole world.as they take appointment earlier n waiting duration is 5 to 6 hrs.irresponsible hospital n staffs.

My mother-in-law had undergone a cataract surgery at another hospital which had gotten infected. We were told that this needs an urgent repeat surgery to remove the pus. The hospital where the surgery was done was giving us mixed and confused signals.
So I brought her to Delhi and we decided to go to Shroff eye hospital in Daryaganj. After a check up we were given a proper explanation about the problem and what was needed to treat it. They were clear about the risks and the doctors were patient enough to clear our doubts.
As it turned out the infection got treated by some antibiotic injections in the eye. And her vision is also almost back to normal. I am very thankful to the doctors and staff of the hospital who took us in when we were in a state of panic.

Appointment was with senior doctor. I was seen by Dr Ishaa. I insisted on seeing the doctor of my appointmnet but she behaved irritated and hostile. If i am paying to visit some doctor there is a meaning, useless time waste. So many good hospitals where doctors treat good.not recommended this hospital to anyone

After doctor prajakta doctor himani join the seat but doctor himani is a very low experience and no manners of talking. She told me my son is perfectly well and he prescribe me a cough syrup and an antibiotic medicine. She thinks only junk food is responsible for any kind of disease air quality doesn't matter.

If someone want to wast his time or money then they would go to shroff paediatric clinic. I am strongly recommended do not waste your money and time.

Dr. Aijaz at rehmani nursing home is better and experienced then her. Even he is best paediatric in old delhi.

Best hospital for eyes. Even I went to AIIMS and other hospitals also but I didn't get good results from there. But after visiting this hospital I am satisfied and there way of talking also fabulous like their work. I will recommend you all. You should have visit for checkup and i love to see the cleanes. Every place is well maintained and one of the great thing is they don't use a single paper and encourage the digital process and one most of the things have done digitally.

Except doctors almost all staffs are rude and very unprofessional. They try to show nice but in reality they don't (specially female staffs). Staffs are not helpful anymore. Their management are in very pathetic condition. Nobody wants to take instant action on your complain. It seems to worst government hospital. My brother's cataract operation was scheduled on 13th February, 2020 and they cancelled scheduled operation on call at yesterday evening of the operation because lens was not available. On the day of operation a lady security guard named Seema MISBEHAVED WITH ME VERY BADLY. SHE HAS FULL FREEDOM TO TELL BAD THINGS AND MISBEHAVE WITH PATIENT AND THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS. SHE ONLY TAUNTS. She had denied to tell her full name as well. A sweeper had also taunted very badly on same day. Why hospital management hires or give contract to cheap or worst security agencies? Seriously I think I should go to another hospital where their former doctors are working nowadays because this hospital is not good anymore (specially management). I DON'T KNOW WHY THEIR SOME STAFFS GIVE AWKWARD FACIAL EXPRESSION WHILE TAKING WITH PATIENT AND THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS. THESE THINGS ARE DOWNGRADING THE HOSPITAL REPUTATION.

Last Saturday I went this hopital with my brother. Appointment was scheduled with Dr. Julie but she was on an emergency leave. They fixed appointment with Dr. Tanima Bansal then after they changed for Dr. Monika Gandhi. After checking of optometrist we found their staffs were not calling our name and they were calling later patient then more than 1 hour of waiting, we told hospital staffs that we are waiting for more than 1 hour and nobody are calling my name. After while checking, she replied your appointment is not booked with Dr. Monika. Genuinely their management is in very bad condition. Then in canteen, a staff told me to pick up your plate. Whereas I have never seen anybody to pick up cups, plates, etc.with us. And they have no any notice board for the same. Canteen staff argued with me for picking up the plates. The rudness of staffs as well as mismanagements' has increased day by day.

I have done with my lasek on april 2019. I regularly visit hospital for routine checkup till oct. Then doctor told me to come after 3 mnths. And today after checkup I was shocked to see that my right eye power is -1.75 & left eye power is -5.75. And the doctor there said its normal.it happens. Do & get your spectales of this power. Bloody hell man. I had paid 90k for my lasek. Mine operation was done by Dr. Umang Mathur. And the doctor who did today checkup was V. S. Sawang

If you planning to visit Dr sheroff hospital so please take a time for whole day because they have many patients on regular basis and you can go with the gerneral or private way difference it's all about time or money nothing else.
If you want to go in gerneral do please visit there till 7 for token amount is 100 RS or private 700 RS so plan for it before visit.

The hospital is nice andthe staff ijs helpful. They have special departments for Retina and ENT as well. Parking is available and it's open on most days. If you are nearby and hungry, you can have a meal at the canteen or a coffee and snack at Cafe Coffee Day located within the complex.

Our family always goes for treatment to this hospital for more than 15 years but I have never experience such a rude behavior by counseller (Private Patient). He want to sell packages and did not want to process of patient mediclaim. He talk as if he is salesman but in reality he is a counsellor. Seriously, I think I should leave this hopital for eye treatment due to rude, mannerless, unprofessional staffs.

I am very much fortunate to have visited Dr Shroff's Charity Eye Hospital and I wish I had visited it sooner. They offer excellence service, the doctors (Mine was Dr Neha kapur) and staffs are professionals and very thorough. By far it is the best eye hospital I can recommend. Dr. Smiriti Bansal is very nice Dr. His behaviour is awesome my experience is very good in the hospital. She heard my problem and explain me very well after my eye operation. Before came this hospital I spent my there months in to aiims but no solution from there the management is very bed and also doctor not listen my problem carefully without check up they recommend for surgery.
