In Aug 2016, during a regular dentist visit. I received the shocking news that I had a tumor in my jaw and it was possibly malignant. After numerous consultations in the best hospitals (AIIMS, Fortis, Medanta etc.) it was recommended that I Consult Dr Sudip Raina at Artemis by TATA Memorial Mumbai. At the first meeting itself, he put my wife and I completely at ease. He answered all our questions and put forth the surgical plan. He did not press us to make an immediate decision, but, to think carefully and figure out the best option for us. We did a round of second opinion s, but realized that Dr. Sudip Raina had given us the best and thorough plan to beat the tumor. His professionalism combined with his empathetic demeanor, completely won over us. The surgery and recovery (with a combo of radiation and chemo) were a long process, but, Dr Raina kept us informed every step of the way. He was always available to answer even our dumbest questions and concerns, and gave us excellent advice and care with a lovely sense of humor thrown in. I am able to to continue my normal life due to his efforts. I can say with full confidence that Dr. Sudip Raina is an excellent doctor and a credit to his profession.
