My 9 Years old Son was diagnosed with Left Pelviureretic junction obstruction (PUJO). My son was diagnosed to have posterior urethral valves was admitted with urosepsis at Apollo indraprastha hospital Delhi. Management strategy included catheterization n hydration of baby, meanwhile investigation done revealed it to be PUV with b/ l reflux nephropathy, serum creatinine was 3.8.
