Very unprofessional receptionist. I had no consultation with the doctor as I only went there to get an audiogram test so this review is not directed to dr Sumit but to his PA or the receptionist instead. He was very unprofessional, impolite and was not willing to listen to my concerns. From the rude tone of his voice, I could easily say all he cares about is money. I have heard Dr Sumit is a good doctor but you need to train ur staff in the first place. It's not always about money (I know it is more business to you than a humanitarian service), but at least keep some decency to respect your clients and patients.

Dr. Sumit Mrig is one of the best ENT surgeon. I first visited him for facial nerve palsy 3 years back when I met with an accident. I was really well satisfied with his treatment. Recently we consulted him for my father regarding fungus after his Covid-19 treatment. All the reports were pointing towards black fungus but Dr. Sumit was confident that it was not black fungus. I met Dr Punam Kumari of Amplifon in Feb 2021 while searching for a better Hearing Aid (HA). She introduced me to Resound One and guided me to understand the working of this new HA. Being 88 years old I needed a patient and sympathetic guide which the Doc provided.
Dr Punam has been amazingly accommodative and helpful all through the process of procuring the BA’s, installing them on my iPhone and technically adjusting the BA to my needs. She was a great help to me when it came to the cost of the HA.
