HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL DOCTOR.she seemed to be least interested in patient's problems.did not even let us inside her room and kept us outside the whole time despite both patient and attendent wearing masks and faceshields.further, she did not do any physical examination of my sister while she kept saying that she had abdominal pain. It is particularly weird coz doctors usually examine pain through a physical examination only.she also did not ask any question.just scribbled on a piece of plain paper without appending her signatures (reflective of her casual attitude) or stamp and asked us to do various tests! Even this was okay.but heights of her callousness, unprofessionalism and scant regard for her patients' wellbeing can be gauged from the fact that next day when my sister's symptoms and pain worsened we sent her a WhatsApp SOS message which she hasn't cared to reply even till date.which only shows that she believes ki "patient marta hai toh mare.mere paas time nhi hai reply bhi dene ka.meri toh party abhi shuru hui hai! " wow.what if patient needs emergency attention or needs to be taken to ER right away.won't she even reply? That's crazy! How can a popular and responsible hospital chain like Max put up with such unprofessional and careless creatures.she seems to be totally uninterested in extending any support to her patients even if it's as small as replying to their message! We have seen so many doctors.much more successful and busier than her but they all respond to their patients who may be in distress and no one exhibits such nonchalance and indifference especially when patients symptoms are worsening.had it been any Western country she would have been sued by now, with her license cancelled for sure, on account of exhibiting such careless attitude! She must understand that she is not doing any favour to her patients.she is charging freakin 1200 bucks for the "lack of attention" that she gives to her patients. Will not recommend this doctor to anyone.sarkari hospital mein chale jana but dont waste your time by going to her if u care for yourself.aint going to her again for sure!
Dr. Usha M Kumar is an excellent doctor. Apart from being expert in her subject, she is also very good in her behavior. She is too nice to talk to her patients.so lovingly and make them feel comfortable. My surgery went so smoothly that I didn't have any problem. I am just writing this review based on our observation. And based on Dr. Usha treatment which was given to my wife. Unfortunately our experience with Dr. Usha was very pathetic and hoping this will never happen to any women who is dreaming for their first child. Honestly I shouldn’t be judging Dr. Usha just because it has happened to my wife may be she was better of others however we feel very disappointed with someone who has more 30+ year experience and holding certain degree which she completed from abroad.
Recently, My wife missed her periods therefore as usual she did home pregnancy test and it came out to be positive report. Unfortunately from next day, she felt some pain in stomach and noticed bleeding thus next day we rushed out to Max Hospital (Saket) and met Dr. Usha. M Kumari, as soon as we met her she immediately asked her to go for certain blood test and including early pregnancy ultrasound, We get all test done and ultrasound report shows all were normal, I guess that was very crucial point from where things started getting out of control for my Wife. Based on the ultrasound report Dr. Usha mentioned everything is normal and nothing to worry and given some pills to get everything cleaned since she confirmed the miscarriage. My Wife gone through the medication recommended by Dr. Usha. While she going through medication, my wife continuously reported stomach pain and bleeding. After the medication course which was for a week. Nothing went well she was still reporting pain and bleeding. Therefore we rushed to Dr. Usha again now she mentioned that Stomach pain is normal and looks like she (my Wife) having unnecessary bleeding therefore she gave some medicine (A week) to prevent bleeding. While my wife going through medication, bleeding was stopped however stomach pain was ON and OFF. After a week, My Wife again started bleeding and clotting, We immediately called Dr Usha and now this time she mentioned looks like uterus is getting in shape again thus there is bit of clotting and bleeding. At this point we feel things are not right and we suspected Dr. Usha is misleading us or she is not aware what is happening.
I visited Dr. Usha for treatment of heavy periods after a very traumatic consulting session with another gynecologist. Dr. Usha patiently heard my concerns and helped me get over the confusion. She took personal care and even shared her number after just the first visit. She simplified the whole diagnostic procedure. She is eager to help her patients on a humane level. Dr. Usha is a fantastic doctor and also an outstanding surgeon. Just got my laparoscopic surgery done from her in Max Delhi and was on my foot the very next day! I was diagnosed with a very large fibroid in my uterus and when all the gynaecologists around me were not sure if it could be removed without an invasive surgery, she was the only one who told me otherwise. She is super confident and smart; talking to her immediately put me at ease from the very first time I interacted with her. This level of confidence does not come without experience and skill. Very personal professional and pragmatic at the same time, she remembered all my medical history in every consultation, replied promptly to all my concerns online and offline, and even paid me personal visits multiple times in my hospital room.

She is Best Gynaecologist. I went to Max hospital saket only for Dr. Usha. I was already in my 8th month of pregnancy with a Large Fibroid, under her advise and supervision for 2 months I went for surgery and safely delivered my baby and also at the same time 2nos of FIBROID was taken out without any Blood loss. During my pregnancy tenure she is too friendly and is available on call any time. I thanks to GOD and Dr. Usha for her good hands on surgery and guiding the patient on right track before it's too late.
Dr. Usha is no less than a God for me and my family. My mother was having continuous bleeding since January 2020. Some doctors in Patna said that it was because she was about to get her menopause. Later it was diagnosed as endometrial polyp for which a minor surgery was done in Patna but that worsened the case only. We were then advised to get hysterectomy (complete removal of uterus). My wife was advised a surgery for ovarian cancer in our local area (uttrahand). L surfed, decided to have it done in Delhi by Dr Usha as she was fulfilling all the required ratings. Took the appointment on the net. After a physical examination she ruled out 50%chances of the cancer part. Under went all the tests (MRI, Blood sampling, X-RAY, ECO.) remaining 49%ruled out. This is only expected of an experienced and a thorough doctor. Surgery was conducted (removal of the uterous-full of favorides) by doc Usha. Thanks and god bless her my wife is hale and hearty.
