Sir, last year your treatment did bring some hope for non obstructive azoospermia. So I came to see you 3rd time (2 times online) on 23rd September with all reports. Waited 6 hours from 3 pm to 9 PM but no problem. You just gave me 1 minute. You didn't see my report fully just prescribed ultrasound of seminal vesicles (why?) and hormones. Please can you explain here why TRUS is required for Non obstructive azoospermia? Sir I understand you want to treat 300 people in a day that's fine, but your experience is of no use if you're in hurry.the number on which I was asked to send a report is not providing me any response, mai kya karun iss treatment ka. Please take my honest feedback.

Edit 1: As per your response, what do you mean by secondary obstruction. Again if you had time to see my reports and listen to past treatments, then you would have known, I went through TESA already, so no secondary obstruction possible because no sperm is in the source? Sir I am not a doctor but have read all the research papers for this case. Now tell me why you prescribed me ultrasound of seminal vesicles? Just accept it that you pulled a wrong string in my case and should have given me more than a minute time. Nothing bad in accepting

Overhyped. If you call for an appointment, you will get after 15 days but an emergency appointment which is 3 times approx the normal fee is available. One star because of rude staff and over hyping

Very cooperative Staffs. Just have to wait for at most 1-2 hrs for OPD. But this time halt for checkup from the doctor of this class is worth. Consultation fee is Rs. 600 which is not much today.
The most important thing is he is empathetic towards patients and may do discount for students in operation fees.
The work he has done for YouTube videos is tremendous which gives us scientist knowledge free of cost. I am a big fan of sir️

It was an amazing experience, I underwent dorsel vein ligation & it went very smooth. I have no problem whatsoever & it has been around 5 months.

I got my surgery done on 12 January 2023. After that went to the hospital for dressing, after waiting for a while Gaurav Mehra came and did my dressing, his behavior and demeanor seemed different from everyone else.day or night any problem came help me on one call & Used to give.how to dress or how to take medicine, helped everyone. Gaurav is the only person in the entire staff of that hospital who leaves his own mark on everyone.

I am from Karnataka and have travelled all the way from there to visit doctor to get an implant surgery. I had a successful surgery and very pleased with doctor Vijayant Gupta and his staff. I am from Canada, i came to know about Dr VGGupta the only best Doctor to do ZSR circumcision in North India Delhi, my experience has been very pleasant and very satisfactory i must say he is one of the best in this procedure but the patients who are coming for this, must follow the recovery procedure which they tell you at the clinic, i am very satisfied with my ZSR, the staff is extremely helpful specially Gaurav who took care of me really well and guided me with my recovery.
I would only recommend Dr VGGupta cause he is doing much more than ZSR Circumcision like deep research in other spheres to reach the common man.

All staff members were really illiterate, rude and non cooperative. They all just Care about their numbers. The premises is very filthy and nursing staff too were appearing dirty.the dressing day was really horrible experience to us. They did the wound dressing in just 2 mins. No care for the patient. Patients are just customers to them. Two days before they kept on insisting for cash deposit only. All seemed to be a business for them and acumulation of unaccounted cash to evade tax and authorities.

They are very useless doctors, they cheat patients by making money in their trap only by talking sweetly and it does not get surgery at all and it spoils the cases of patients by doing wrong surgery. Its employees fraudulently take their phones from all the patients and put false and good reviews. It has absolutely no knowledge of surgery and it is a fool, it just has the art of sweet-talking and it does not know anything. My advice is don't spoil your life by falling into its trap.

Sir I have gone through zsr circumcision from your clinic, surgery was good but your staff members are not at all good in any sence, even the emergency no went unanswered most of the time, and if they barely pick it up, don't seems to take things seriously except one member named gaurav which I found to be supported.i request you to take this serious to improve after surgery support provided by your staff.

The doctor was superb no dought, but the management was so worst. I had called at 7pm and I had to wait for almost 2 hours to meet with doctor. Even if you say any things to staff then they started to discuss with you. When I say to staff about the time management then they told me that we have to wait for 2: 30hrs for consultation. They must understand the value of time that everyone time is valuable and they have to think about it.we prefer to pay higher money but don't prefer to waste our time. If they can't manage time then they will definitely loose many patients.

Sir plz reply dijiyega.per year botox use se big problem nightfall (reason child time m jyada masterbation) ka permanent relief confirm ho jaega kya aapke pas.

Number one lousy and useless doctor. He does not know how to do any surgery inside the whole of Delhi. It spoils the cases of the patients. Plays with their lives. I am from italy and i came to know about Dr Gupta through youtube. I was suffering from varicocele problem since many years and had a failed surgery in Milan.

You said washroom on your floor is small and have other problems. That clearly shows that you don’t have basic facilities on your floor and proves my point.

And Don’t you think that you should put notice in front of your floor washroom that it is not working or you should use Parking washroom. I saw patient trying to use washroom on your floor and even after seeing, staff Didn’t tell them that this washroom is locked and you should use Parking washroom.

Don’t compare your Clinic with Starbucks. Here Patient Who had gone through surgery cannot go up and down on stairs again and again to go to parking washroom.you should understand this.

And you said that Patient focus should only on surgery and not on washroom this clearly shows that how irresponsible you people are you don’t even focus on basic facilities like washroom.

My experience with Dr. Vijayant Gupta was a very good one. He is extremely professional and friendly which immediately puts you at complete ease. I had a consultation on 20/5/21 and had the ZSR circumcision the following day with no pain. He explained each step to make sure all is understood regarding medication and aftercare.

Worst experience!
Staff at Reception in Govinda Medicenter is very rude and highly Unprofessional and they don't even allow Patient to use washroom on their floor. They ask patient to use washroom in the parking.

I had taken appointment for ZSR circumcision and my surgery was done properly But I was shocked with the behaviour of staff at reception as they were very rude. It was shocking because on YouTube videos They present themselves as very polite and helpful but in real the reception staff is very unprofessional and rude.
(The reception staff had locked the washroom on their floor and didn’t replied even after seeing that patient is trying to open the gate of washroom. And when patient asked to open the washroom they replied that you cannot use this washroom, you have to go to the parking washroom.)
