मुझे पिछले लगभग 3 वर्षों से खाना खाते समय या पानी पीते समय गले से निचे food pipe मे दर्द की परेशानी थी । डेढ़ वर्ष पहले चेक करवाया था तो मालुम हुआ कि esophagus मे जख्म बन गया है और squamous cell carcinoma की availability मिली थी। मैने किसी बड़े Hospital मे इलाज करवाया जिसमे रेडिएशन और किमो दिया गया कुछ दिनो के लिए खाना निगलने मे दर्द कम तो हुआ मगर दुबारा परेशानी बढ़ने लगी और चेक करवाने पर रिपोर्ट मे esophagus के जख्म मे फिर से squamous cell carcinoma की availability पाई गई। esophagus के उपरी starting point पर बिमारी होने की वजह खाने की नली की removal सर्जरी भी नही हो सकती थी तो सर्जन डाक्टर ने मना कर दिया। मै निराश हो गया लेकिन हार नही मानी । मैने सोचा कि कही और इलाज के लिए जाना चाहिए। मैने you tube पर इस बिमारी का इलाज Dr. Vikas singla sir का video देखकर किसी डाक्टर की advice से max hospital socket मे gastroenterology मे Dr. Vikas Singla sir से मिला। उन्होने पुरानी रिपोर्ट देखकर endoscopic Ultrasound किये और मुझे अच्छी तरह से इलाज के बारे मे समझा कर ESD (Endoscopic submucossal dissection) procedure के द्वारा Esophagus के जख्मी बिमारी वाली सतह को remove कर दिया है। अब मै काफी अच्छा महसूस करने लगा हुॅ। मै बहुत बहुत धन्यावाद करता हु Dr Vikas singla sir का जिन्होने इस technic के द्वारा treatment करके मेरी life saved कर दिया। ESD procedure technique treatment is very good. Suffering from a plethora of ailments, that dovetailed from one to the other, going from one doctor to another I was very unwell for the FIRST time in my life!
By divine guidance and a recommendation from a dear friend who is also a doctor, I met Dr. Vikas Singla at Max Hospital.
The best thing about him, like a true doctor, a rarity these days, he took time to understand the entire history, patiently and painstakingly. With a smile on his face he simply said 'you will be fine'. It seemed too good to be true to hear this.
Lo and behold, two days later, under the new regimen, which comprised of medicine that was less than half the earlier prescriptions, the relief happened. From suffering for nearly a month, the pain was gone. It was unreal!
This is not the end. Per chance he prescribed a test that had no relation to anything. Dutifully I had the tests done and the results were quite disturbing. Dr. Vikas asked me to repeat them and later advised the corrective therapy. In under three weeks, those tests too are beginning to come to normal values.
The point I am making is, Dr. Vikas is not just another Doctor. For me he is THE DOCTOR. I cannot be grateful enough to my TWO DAY MAGIC MAN.

Its not only me.its most of patient had bad experience.i don't know they have fake reviews or what.but he don't give you the time and don't listen to you properly and he just keep adding the investigations.personally speaking and my experiences.u can choose other gastroenterologist rather than him.worst experience ever with any doctor.single line. (doesn't give time, write only investigation which leads u to very expensive) and no proper treatment

Dr vikas is a very good dr. My father was admitted under him. He and his team is very dedicated and very cooperative. He give his full time and listen to the problem of the patient very patiently. He discussed all the past problems procedures then after the proper evaluation of the tests, he started the treatment. I am fully satisfied with their efforts.

In rush of blood I had posted wrong about him, however he and his team is highly calm n composed, for which I seek my apology. He does writes few test which may be expensive but necessary for correct diagnosis of the illness. The 4.5 rating shows how much patients have loved him over the years. Wish him all the best
Dear Doctor, i am having constant belching problems from last 7 years. The stomach is full of air and I experience loss of energy. The up and down movement of stomach is not happening well. Constant stress in stomach. Please advice
I must say he is a kind of doctor whom you feel comfortable talking to. I am visiting him since the days he was in Gangaram. He will guide you appropiately and medications are very effective. He does connects well with the patient. I was down with covid and was in home quarantine. Suddenly I develop some pain in abdomen, as I cant go out, I called Amit to arrange for call with Vikas, within just sometime I got a call from Vikas directly heard my issue and suggested medication, on asking how would I pay the consultation fee, the response was no need to pay just get well soon and recover from Covid.the medication helped my pain suppressed immidiatelly. I am still visiting him for treatment.
Dr Singla is one of the most humble and kind hearted doctors I’ve ever come across, I came to him in an urgency and he & his team attended to my extreme and excruciating pain immediately. A doctor with high level of confidence and a high level of INDEPT knowledge about his field. While speaking with doctor, he explains think so simply and gives so confidence about the treatment to be done that 50% of fear of treatment goes there itself. He also makes patient very comfortable which helps in getting off the stress to certain extent. I have difficulty in swallowing. I really suffered a lot because of this. I have huge weight loss due to lack of food intake. I was always depressed and frustrated.
