Dr. Vimal Sharma's Imaging & Path Lab

Worstest path lab services today I am here for ultra sound for my kid who is 6.5 year old she is having severe stomach pain but these people are feeling less creatures just busy in their chit chat only I advice to everyone never go their if u care about your loved ones

Very bad service at this service centre. They make unnecessary excuses and fail to resolve problems

They kept waiting 60Years old patient for a ultrasound for 3 hour and keep saying- it will take time.

Staff is good, hope test quality is good as doctor recommends this lab centre

I have always had great experience consulting Dr. Vimal Sharma whenever I have visited his Diaganostic Centre. He is a very polite, humble, compassionate n dedicated doctor. He listens to his patients very patiently n explains everything clearly. Even the staff at his Centre is very polite, supportive and helpful n maintains COVID protocol n hygiene. Being completely satisfied with the services at his Centre, I highly recommend Dr. Vimal Sharma n his Diaganostic Centre.

It was a wonderful experience and staff and doctors were doing everything possible to expedite and smoother the process. The receptionist and other front office staff were cooperative and sweet. Thanks to Doctor for understanding us properly

I have had an excellent experience with Dr. Vimal. I got all my wife's ultrasounds during pregnancy done by him. He is very polite and explains everything clearly. Even during tough covid times he kept the facility working with utmost hygiene, which certainly was helpful to us. The staff at the centre is very polite and helpful. I have faced absolutely no problem till date. I feel satisfied whenever i visit him, therefore, i highly recommend Dr. Vimal.

Very bad behaviour of receptionist, they people are behaving like they provide free services, very egoistic staff, despite of charging hefty amount for every service they talk very rude all the time.

Staff behavior is very bad as if they owns you. Extremely bad services. Especially ill mannered gents staff. If you wanna save your loved one i recommend do not go there. -5 stars for their extremely bad behavior.

Such wrong reception people very bad experience on phone call not satisfied with the talk if they cannot do there service no need for opening the centre

Terrible experience at this lab.
I wished that I had read the reviews before coming here but was recommended by my doctor.

I talked to my doctor and then took the appointment at HIS suggested time after conversing with the receptionist at the imaging center.

Come to the imaging center at the time and the doctor isn't there! Wait for 45 mins and when he does arrive then there ensures an argument between the doctor and the receptionist about the doctor not knowing about the appointment.

The doctor seems to think that it was my job, the patient's, to inform him of the appointment. Like what? Terrible beyond terrible communication and way overpriced as well.

Thoroughly professional and courteous technicians and support staff. Doctor is quite knowledgeable and polite. Highly recommended.

The worst lab in the world. The worst one that I found is the Dr. Vimal Sharma's imagine and path lab. They are working only for money and depends only other Dr. Reference. It is very expensive but the service provided by them is very bad. I will never visit again.i did not receive my report till now.they don't have records.they are just making money. The service is very nice. During Covid times the space is well managed and sanitized. Proper precautions are being taken.

Got ultrasound done. As per film, kidneys were swelled and CT was necessary. Doctor also suggested verbally the same. Moreover due to certain reasons, ultrasound of lower abdomen could not be done. But to my surprise, printed report showed every thing was NORMAL.
When I took the report to my dr, He said report says the patient is normal. Medicine prescribed were normal pain killers and antacid.
I, then took the patient for another ultrasound at different diagnostic centre, report showed swelling in both the kidneys, obstruction in uretor, enlarged prostate and suggested CT.
I prsnlly Don't want to give even a single star to this diagnostic centre
Shall never go here again

Worst service, only money minded every month increasing price, I wait for 1 hour 39 minute for X-RAY. Broken water at reception with lots of tape. Floors are very dirty no one cares to clean. Technicians are unprofessional & very rude. Improve your quality & services.
