Iam prof mixed martial arts athlete, I came to know about Dr.vimal in october 2022 and iam super happy with the services and treatment they provide.
As a full time athlete we go through lot of pain and injuries but iam glad that i have this physio contact because they help me to recover from lot of injuries

I went to this clinic 2 months after my PCL injury, most of the doctors were suggesting to go through a surgery which I was trying to avoid. Dr. Vimal was the one who did a proper clinical examination of my knee and said that I didn’t need the surgery. I did 6-8 weeks of physiotherapy with this clinic and it helped me a lot to get back to normal. The team had a professional way to approach with the physiotherapy, started with basic exercises and only escalated to the difficult ones when I was ready.l really appreciate their help through my journey.

During a tennis match I got my rhomboid muscle sore. I took some treatment earlier but it didn't help me with the recovery. I came to vimal sir's centre and the whole team helped me with the recovery of my injury.within a week I started feeling better and got back to my training

Amazing place. I came in for a ligament tear on my ankle and it's just been a month and i have seen so much improvement! People are very helpful and my trainer Aman is extremely dedicated. One wants to go over there as the environment is very friendly and encouraging. Great team!

I am Sahil and i am sharing my experience of the Sport Injury (Post Right Knee ACL Surgery from Ganga Ram Hospital) Rehab I went through at the Clinic in Dec 2022.

At 1st, I was very skeptical to come at the clinic because of Distance I had to travel (~35 KMs) each side but my surgeon specifically suggested Dr. Vimal for Rehab.

My operated Knee Extension movement got blocked even after 2 months of the operation and I was not able to extend/stretch my knee fully but within 3 Days of Visiting the Clinic, my knee movement got better and I was able to sleep with straighten leg after 2 months & after 3 weeks of sessions: -

a) I was able to walk straight and properly (without limping)
b) I was driving 70 Kms myself after 1st week itself to come to clinic

I visited Dr Vimal's physiotherapy clinic post my ACL reconstruction in September 2022. At every stage of my rehab, the whole team supported me and guided me to ensure my recovery was as fast as possible. Everyone at the clinic is extremely committed towards challenging their clients in the best way possible. It has been 4 months since my rehab program started and i am on track to return to sport within 2 months. It was a great decision to do my rehab here!

Mukul is very focussed, thorough and diligent with the physiotherapy sessions. He is good at identifying pain areas and finding solutions. His sessions are very effective.

Last more then plus one year with Dr Vimal (Gulukmar / Siri Fort / B- block, DLF - 2) for some heart problem then started physiotherapy with light exercised by Doctor with complete assistances still continuing with 80- 85 % of my problem on right foot curing by his assistants and really with energy and complete (almost)! I faced an issue with my shoulder, tried a couple of physiotherapy centers in the area and this one is definitely class apart.

I took therapy from them for close to 1 - 1.5 weeks and have been cleared to do other activities now.

In my experience, physiotherapy centers that focus on solving the core problem, that build strength and that stay professional provide the best results and this center did just that.

A couple of reasons I would recommend this center:

1. The main doctor - Dr. Vimal himself diagnosis your issue, explains it to you and suggests the plan of action.

2. The staff at the clinic are qualified too and work along with Dr. Vimal to guide you to a better state. I worked with Dr. Vimal and at least 3 more staff doctors at his clinic for my exercises (as per the availability) and all of them knew my issue and the exercise routine I was supposed to follow - this level of professionalism and attention to detail is usually missing at other places.

3. Finally this is a clinic preferred by professional sports persons, and that itself is a testament to the quality of service they provide.

I could barely move my neck before the treatment. Dr. Naman treated my neck and upper back. After the treatment, I got relief from the pain.
The clinic is very well maintained and the doctors here are very professional.

I came to Dr. Vimal first time in Jan with a grade 3 hamstring tear for probably 10-12 sessions. Wherein I learned the rehab exercises that I have practiced religiously for the past 7 months and counting. I just want to say thanks to him for putting me back onto my feet. Thanks for providing me with the right treatment. I don’t think I would have been able to get to my recovery stage but doc made it happen.

I am a tennis player. I keep suffering from several injuries like wrist sprain, shin pain. Dr vimal sir and whole team help me a lot to keep me fit for my tournaments. I recommend everyone to visit the clinic if you want to be fit.

I suffered from a full ACL tear in my left knee while playing football in September last year. I was told that surgery was the only way forward, but after the surgery I was unable to walk or even bend my knee. Being a regular sportsperson, this took a huge toll on my physical and mental well being.

Dr. Vimal Sharma and his team (specifically Mr. Mayank Chandel who personally attended to me every session) helped me through my recovery. They patiently guided me through re-building movement, strength, balance and agility in my knee over several weeks.

Now I'm 11 kilos down, playing sports daily, and preparing for a half marathon later this year. At the time of my injury I never believed I could do something like this again. Dr. Vimal and his team have helped me mentally as much as they have physically, and I'm extremely thankful for that.

I visited the clinic for my back pain. I was really impressed with the ambience and how they assessed me first, gave me a proper diagnosis. I could feel a significant improvement after the first session itself. This is by far the best chiropractic clinic in South delhi. Highly recommend for all orthopedic and sports related injuries and rehabilitation.

Dr Vimal and his team are highly qualified and empathetic, which was highly crucial in finalising my visit to the clinic. I had rotator cuff tendonitis across my right shoulder which resulted in decreased mobility and loss of strength. I had consulted a physiotherapist prior but did not find his treatment useful at all.

Dr Vimal understood the extent of the injury during my 1st visit and recommended a plan of action. After about 6-7 sessions, I started to feel better and my mobility and strength developed as well. Definitely recommend this clinic to those in need:)
