Dr Vineet Narula’s approach to health is well thought of and super caring for his patients. My father case was complex. He had on and off ear discharge since last 50 years and had gone through a surgery 30 years back. On top of that, he caught a rare virus infection just prior to his surgery. But Dr Vineet Narula immediately held back the surgery for 4-5 months, and admitted him in hospital for curing the infection first under supervision of other experts. Only when infection was cleared 100%, he and his fellow doctor operated him. He has operated other members also in our family. Not only him but his entire staff is highly welcoming and caring for their patients and always available. He has helped me out as well to reach out to other experts. We are lucky to have found Dr Vineet Narula. Even foreigners staying in India count on him and his fellow doctors. Visited Dr Vineet for my father's hearing issue. The doctor diagnosed him accordingly and treated him. Even though the clinic is small the doctor had the equipments with him which was definitely a good thing. The treatment went smoothly and my father was satisfied with it. The only problem we faced were climbing the stairs. It'd be more comfortable if there was hand rail along the stairs.

Dr vineet nirula is one of the best doctor, very calm and listens to their patients very patiently.i had tinnitus sound and got 40 percent hearing loss.i took treatment from him and i am perfectly fine.i would suggest whosoever any problem regarding ent pls go to him.

Rude and fraud staff

This review is not about Dr Vineet Narula but his staff. My parents had booked an appointment over call, and were confirmed the time. The fees was told but it wasn't told that it had to be prepaid.
So when they went to clinic, the staff said since you haven't paid there is no appointment. Made them wait for 1 hour and charged 300rs extra from them.

It is not only the doctor that describes the experience of a patient, but also the overall staff behaviour. And sorry to say, Dr Vineet your staff is the most apathetic I have ever seen.

I had endoscopic septoplasty surgery to straighten my deviated septum. His diagnosed my problem real fast, answered all my queries regarding surgery and post surgery recovery process was quite structured. His coordinator Ms Indu was really helpful with any non-medical queries.
