Very good service by the Max staff except some minor issues at admission time only. The persons who were sitting at the admission window should be more active and proficient. I feels they were quite slow. In the ward it was warm welcome by the staff of the 5th floor and I stayed in room number 1514. Every hours all the staff members enquired about my health and was ready to help in any issues. Special appreciation to the nurse who was taking care me specially on 11th night when my surgery was done. She was taking care whole night every hour without any issues. Overall superb and hospitality. Thanks Max team.
