Excellent surgeon. I was operated for CABG and AVR in October 2020 and am doing absolutely fine after passage of 3 years, leading an active and trouble- free life. He does not treat patient, his team member does. He rarely comes to see his patient. After 2 or 3 days he comes to see his patient. Avoidable behaviour towards patients

Worst Doctor for my Brother. Operation was unsuccessful and they didn’t inform us…. After 2 days they declared when we pressurised.

Poor assistants, worst of experience- no value of patient and their time. By looking at the way assistants are I opt not to continue on the first visit itself - such nice institutions and perhaps the doctor as well looses the ground because of these middle men’s.

A disgrace from such an overrated Surgeon. His team is fully incompetent to evaluate correctly before doing a CABG. He cannot handle vulnerable patients.

My father went for a CABG. He had problems of COPD and ILD in his lungs. His lungs were compromised. Knowing that the called the decision of CABG. But the opinion received from the Pulmonary doctor was completely wrong. They were adamant that it is risk but not high risk. Just said not any life threating. I will liable both the Sergical team and Pulmunary team for early expiry of my father.

My father was in Recovery Unit for around 2 months. Within these time my father got inficted with serious life threating infections. This Hospital is not sanitised properly.

Being an International patient party we paid huge amount of money which is 35,000 USD worth. But in lue of paying huge amount we just received bad treatment. Consequently my father died with septic shock and organ failures.

I would say Please avoid this man eater.

Very nice surgeon they have ability to tackle with complicated cases and make successful we are fully satisfied with surgery and recovery phase thanks to dr.zs meharwal ji and escort hospital.

One of Indias best Cardiologist, I found what I had listened about Dr Meharwal. Initially it may feel doctor is not giving proper attention and time but that only due to his very
busy schedule and he keep information about all his patient and take required action when required.

Special mention for his PA Asish Verma who is very helping and make things easy.

Worst Doctor. I will tell you how he has done thousands of successful operations. For him and Fortis escort if the patient come out alive after operation it will be counted as successful even after patient dies with few hours because of heart failure or cardiac arrest. I would suggest go to other hospital and doctor rather choosing this fraud doctor. He is not capable of doing complex surgeries but because no one knows what is happening inside OT and he is maintaining a false record of successful operations, they are not getting caught.

I was trapped in the false reputation of Dr Z S Mehrewal, Escort, Hospital Okhla Road New Delhi and his false claim of 20000 cardiac surgeries. Due to him I lost my wife on 4th September 2022 after he operated on her. The doctor neither confessed that there was some mistake during the surgery and I was never informed about the actual condition of my wife. Shortly after the surgery (2nd Sept 2022) within 4 hours she suffered a cardiac arrest and never regained consciousness. Just after the surgery the only information I was given that her condition is critical. I don’t know when she expired. But they kept her body (dead/alive) on life support for one more day after which they declared that she is no more.
Even astonishing was the fact that the reason for death mentioned on death certificate was multiple organ failure and not cardiac arrest as team of Dr Mehrewal claimed which seems to be to save their fake reputation and false ranking. She was pretty well before the surgery and was doing every activity by herself.
Please never trust Dr Z S Mehrewal if you want to save the life of your own loved ones and do not trust his claim of 20000 cardiac surgeries. The Doctor has no value for human life and emotions.

Please don't do Z. S. Meharwal doctor. He messed up my mom's valve surgery. Such a attitude doctor it was. They are just in money minting process. Their is no value of human life for them. It is because of his negligence that my mom had passes away. Not the best doctor. Does not treat patients politely and his secretary Ashish and preety is such a rude peraons. Does not respect anyone and have no manners to talk to people. Such shame having such doctors is such good hospital like FortisEscorts. Billing department persons Nidhi, shweta, Mahesh, Rahul such a Poor's persons. Always demand for money and said if you are not paying the bill will stop the treatment.

In January 2015 he perfomed byepass surgery on me. Within three months the artery grafted by him was blocked and a stent was put. His assistant a Dr Yadav is also another rude and incompetent doctor he did not even cut the wire properly protruding out of my chest. As a result a kaloid has formed which is still itching and painful after 7 years. One of the most overated doctor and hospital. I have never visited that doctor or hospital again.
