The owners and the staff are welcoming and care for the needs of the customers. They don't rush the customers and provide inputs to help make a judicious purchase. Rahul was extremely friendly and helpful.

Their collection is the best in Delhi. I picked up Givenchy sunglasses and am delighted with the same.

I am pretty sure that after sale services, if needed, will be effectively and efficiently provided.

Poor after sales services. They didn't give any proper authentication and warranty card with their product. So please take the same whenever you buy products from this shop to ensure that the products are genuine. Though my overall experience with this shop was really bad! Won't ever buy products from this shop.

One of the best places in the world to buy your eyewear, what is amazing is the exclusive collection they have of some of the most prestigious international brands. Great and friendly customer service.

One of the most customer unfriendly places I have ever shopped at. It was for sure the most pathetic experience ever when it comes to customer service. These guys kept my shades for repair for 2 months and did not return those citing lame reasons. Their own employees speak openly about mismanaged retail outlet. A truly nonsensical bunch of owners further top it up with ther dumb snob attitude. They need to seriously go take some management lessons before making there "etiquette-less" family members sit at the shop.
