Terrific service from this company. I’ve hired 2 drivers from this company. One was an alcoholic which I found out later so fired him and as the company’s contract stated i was going to get a replace in not more that 7 days. The first 2 days they totally ignored my complaint. Then in the further 2 days they declined all my call and ignored all my whats app texts.
Its been 10 days I haven’t got an exchange.
Their contact is valid for 1yr and its been 2 months only. This us their service. They will only talk until you’ll pay their service fee after that they don’t know you. This is not how businesses work.

No response most of the time. The person assigned doesn’t pick the call ever. Sent an unreliable driver and they also shared my personal contact number online and random people started calling for driver work who were not from this agency. Mr rafique does not follow up when asked something. No response to msg for days.
No background checks of drivers done as well.
Will suggest everyone to look elsewhere. Paying 9k for their services is not worth it.
Drivers should be safe and reliable. Personal experience was completely opposite.

He is an educated, humble and kindly driver.
Very good English speaking and listening to us always. Not money minded very good attitude. We had such a wonderful time with our driver wasim tahir, especially, who's so friendly, patient and flexible. He was happy to alternate the route to fit around us.
He made suggestions to take the shorter routes or to avoid the traffic, helping us save time on the road. He also recommended places to eat and visit when we had extra time. He was a professional and safe driver

I greatly appreciate the phenomenally great work that Drivers in India are doing. I had my car driven down to Goa and then driven back. Both trips were seem less and car arrived on time.

Shafique Khan took my car to Goa. He reached on time to pick up the car and dropped it on time in Goa. Well spoken, polite and felt my car was in safe hands.

Wasim Tahir brought my car back to Mumbai. Here too I knew my car was in safe hands. Absolutely professional from the first call when he asked the closest station to the car pick up point, to boarding the train, train late arrival, to dropping my car at my residence.

I am short of words to express the way the drivers in India have trained their brigade of drivers. Kudos! Keep up the great work. India needs more people like you.

Travelled with Wasim Tahir today from Mumbai to Hyderabad, he reached before time and I must say he is very polite and a very good driver on whom you can rely for safe journey, this is first time I used the drivers in India services and I am very much impressed with Wasim Tahir and company, will inform my near ones to try drivers in India who would require drivers for travel
